Was not well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking, as advertised, so if u plan on cooking, bring what u need. Example, no blender, mixer, sheet pan, only 4 plates, etc. only negative about the place. Very clean, beds very comfortable.

Nice stay on the Island

Nice House a lot bigger then it looks. Great back yard. They have another unit attached. You may have to share the back yard if it is occupied. Luckily for us it was empty so we have the whole yard. I would be glad to stay again.

Great property

Our stay was very nice and we had plenty of room there were 3 couples and 2 additional guests. We stayed for 3 nights. I was initially caught off guard because there Is a tenant that lives on the property in the garage apartment. We did not see or hear from the tenant throughout our stay but it did catch us off guard. It felt a little odd initially but we did settle into the property. There were clothes left in the top dresser drawer in the master bedroom. Other than that the home did serve its purpose and we did have a very nice trip. I am pretty good about reading the descriptions in the properties and I don’t remember seeing anything about someone living in the garage apartment which is off the kitchen area. We were in the area for our son’s Marine Graduation so nothing could have ruined our stay, again was just little odd at first as I did not see in the property description that someone lived there.

Very nice house..good location...nice town Both vrbo And evolve ovet complicated billing..significant increase of cost....Could result in Less Rents..vrbo website cut out on. Perfect location from Parris Island-Marine Corp

Home was very clean and comfortable, everything was available that you would need. Towels, linens, dishes, etc. Beautiful landscaping. Awesome communication with owner. Major plus was it was pet friendly. It was a perfect place to bring home our new Marine after 13 weeks of not seeing him. It was nice just to relax and talk. Ideal location to Parris Island about 20mins. Restaurants and Beaches within 15-30mins away. Neighborhood is friendly, was able to walk our dog around the block.

Close to Marine Base

Comfortable beds! Owners responded quickly if had any questions and had everything we needed in home. There was a guest staying in efficiency but plenty of parking for all. Short drive to Parris Island for Marine graduation.
