The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I requested a specific room location and he was very obliging. Breakfast was a bit on the skimpy side for this type of hotel, but adequate. Great location with easy access to interstate and town. I love the fact that they have a hot tub!

Room had pet hair on bedspread and hair in sheets. We asked for clean sheets and the clean ones also had hair on them. Bathroom is DISGUSTING! I couldn’t even bathe my children. I’m pretty sure there is mold in the corner. The window was open when we got in our room and screen was bent like someone had tried getting in from the outside. The room we were originally put in did not lock. Staff didn’t even question any complaints they just offered different room and brought clean shears which also had hair in them. We are supposed to stay a second night on our trip back but I refuse. This place has exposed electrical and is NOT up to health codes. We will not even be taking advantage of the free breakfast in the morning n

We walked into the room and immediately noticed a strong urine smell. We had arrived at the hotel late after 1 pm so didn’t have a choice to change our room. The shower ceiling had black mold on it and looked like a poor patch job to try to cover a part of it. Not going back!

Toilet was hard to flush, shower head was broken that caused water to spray all over bathroom which bathroom smelled like mildew. The bathroom door would not close due to moisture. The hairdryer would short out and only work in spurts. The manager offered to give us another room, but we were already unpacked and ready for bed. We didn’t know problems with the bathroom until we used it. Breakfast was good. Just remember there are no laundry facilities at this location, but there is an indoor pool and hot tub.
