Good clean rooms and comfortable beds. No amenities though. No pool or coffee or continetal breakfast. You have to pay for breakfast or coffee at the diner.

Excellent choice

The coffee pot was not clean, and replaced immediately and I was offered a different room. I opted just for a new pot. My trash was cleaned my second day and no new coffee was left but the girl at the diner didn't charge me for my cup so it balanced out. The staff was incredible.

Great Hotel

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Stayed at the Oak Tree Inn a few times for business and I must say one of the friendliest places I stay at. Very clean rooms, great staff, and the 24 hr diner is a really great place to get a good burger in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend this hotel to any one looking for a nice quiet place with good food and good people. They will always get my business.

The place to be

It has been two years since I visited Milford, but was glad to be at the Oak Tree again. It still is a very quiet, clean and secure facility. Same roomy rooms and this time I had one of their smaller rooms, still plenty of room to spread out. They now advertise high speed internet, which to me is a cable, but they are still WiFi. However, this new WiFi is much better than what they had before, so I was pleased. They changed their TV also, more choices and easier to find your channels. My refrigerator was out, so I reported it, it was replaced the first thing the next morning and that was on a Sunday. The beds are firm which I need, and lets me sleep very well, so many hotels use very soft beds now..Ugh. Not the Oak Tree, very comfortable bed and room. The diner is great and open 24hrs, and serves breakfast at any time, a PLUS there. A great place to stay and relax.
