Nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park with a host of visitor attractions nearby and plenty to do right here with inside and outside play areas, walks, stunning views and places to relax on a 20-acre private estate.

Imagine is a holiday destination where the children can let their imaginations run wild with their very own indoor wonderland. Adventure awaits in their very own ’wing’ - an incredible miniature Toy Town complete with tea room, cinema and shop where their very own White Elephant Hotel awaits them at bedtime.

Imagine a holiday where the children can play outside on their private play fort and swings while you sit and enjoy the stunning views across lower Wensleydale. A place to take family walks and explore the magical ’Fairy Wood’ and say hello to the owner’s pet miniature Shetland ponies Dicky and Lily!

Your accommodation consists of a beautifully converted barn, with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors creating a superb light and bright space. The open plan living space opens into a relaxing lounge and dining area enjoying fabulous views, a stylish well-equipped kitchen with central island and breakfast bar and two further dining areas. There are also on-site laundry facilities which are free to use.

At bedtime there are three bedrooms designed for the children on the ground floor, two bedrooms, although smaller, have 3ft single beds and would accommodate a smaller adult If required. The third bedroom has a portable children’s bed which can be used in any of the other bedrooms if preferred. There is also a cot available on request. Upstairs the mezzanine master bedroom has a king size bed and sitting area and enjoys fabulous views of the countryside.

There is a ground floor bathroom with large bath and separate shower, and additional separate toilet.

Outside the fun continues with an adventure playground just for the kids! A fantastic area with play fort, basket swing, see-saw, toddler swing, slide, Wendy House, and picnic table and seating areas for the adults. On an evening, perhaps light up the gas barbecue and enjoy a meal al fresco, or just sit and relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Conveniently situated to enjoy the Yorkshire Dales National Park within 7km. Enjoy a host of family attractions including the Forbidden Corner at Middleham, Thorp Perrow Arboretum, Light Water Valley Theme Park or take an unforgettable steam train ride through spectacular Yorkshire countryside on the Wensleydale railway. There is a host of picture postcard villages to visit, the bustling market towns of Bedale, Leyburn, Richmond and Hawes and an excellent array of restaurants and eateries. With so much to see and do in beautiful Wensleydale it is a perfect location for a memorable family holiday.
