Just by crossing the front door you will find a sophisticated apartment divided into four floors. In two of them, there is a terrace with a totally private chill-out area. However, the most impressive thing is the 180 degree view in front of it, from Cap de Creus, to the Illes Medes and Cap de Begur.
As soon as you enter the house, you will find the kitchen on your left with a worktop so that you can have an open workplace and thus be able to enjoy the views of the Mediterranean Sea while cooking.
The dining room has a long and huge table to seat up to 9 people without any problem right next to a large living room and living room with cable TV. But the most impressive thing about this floor is the private terrace with a table for up to 6 people, and a chill-out area to enjoy the views in the company of the other guests.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms with four single beds. Two in each room. In addition, the two rooms have a private bathroom to share between the guests of the floor with shower and toilet.
The lower floors of the property are divided into two. In the first one there is the laundry and a smaller room also with a private bathroom. It is already on the lowest floor of the residence, which is the main room with a 2-meter double bed with a private bathroom, and also a private terrace with a chill-out area.
The two chill-out areas are fully prepared to enjoy the 180 degree views from Cap de Creus to Cap de Begur, with the Illes Medes in between.
The house is completely designed to have a feeling of summer, freshness and harmony with the sea that can be seen from most areas of the home. The whole house maintains the same design line with gray micro-cement floors, easy to clean. In addition, the house has a lot of light as it has large windows and white painted walls.
The house is easy to clean making it easy to spend the minimum time cleaning and to enjoy a clean and fresh space quickly.
