It was an amazing stay but there was this worker who had us wait more than 7 hours in the lobby and wouldn’t let us sleep. I don’t know her name but she was very rude and had a patch on the arm.

Nice Front Desk Service

I had 2 nights stay in Atour S with 2 young kids (2 & 5). We were all tired when we get to the hotel first night. The gentleman at the front desk saw us and quickly assisted us to check-in. He even went upstairs with us, assisting me with a luggage and provide good instructions how the key cards work. The hotel looks new, room is clean, beds are comfortable and less than 30 minutes to PKE airport without traffic (Hotel also assisted me to call a taxi and taxi arrives early which is a plus). The only drawback is WIFI was slow in the hotel. Hope that can improve with my next stay.

非常糟糕的体验，十年来我唯一给出的差评旅店

1、预订时输入家庭4人的年龄，但给的并不是可攻四人正常睡觉的房型。当我很礼貌的询问为何会这样的时候，前台女士很傲慢的说：你自己上网订的房间，网上写的很清楚，至于你要睡4个人、6个人还是10个人都可以啊，那是你自己的选择。 2、地点很糟糕，周围脏、破、乱，网约车、出租车都找不到。 3、空调很不给力，只能说勉强可以入睡。 4、预订4人入住的房间里面只有可供两人洗浴的备品，之后打电话多次才得到补充。 5、前台有一位满脸痘的女士会很神经质的突然发怒。

Room was way smaller than the pics in the booking site. Booked for 4 people but we couldn't stay at the room. We paid more and upgraded. I saw another team(4 people) upgraded like us.
