City Centre | Cityscape & Sunset Views - Pass the Keys
With incredible cityscape and Belfast Lough views.
Just 10 minutes walk from the best shopping, bars, restaurants and cafes in the city and easy walking distance to pretty much all tourist attractions.
Two double bedrooms ( one with ensuite) with large picture windows and a good size kitchen/living/dining area for socialising in. Complete with balcony, we just know you will love watching the city go by from your 11th floor haven! The space Location Our apartment is located just 10 minutes walk from what is without doubt the most amazing part of an amazing city. It is in the Sailortown area of the city centre and close to the Cathedral Quarter so benefits from its very close proximity to Belfast's most famous bars, restaurants, music venues and theatres (we recommend Coppi for great Italian food and Muddler's Club for a special occasion). Even closer than the Cathedral Quarter you will find a superb bar called the American. It does great beers and food and is just around the corner. For all major attractions in Belfast such as Titanic Museum, City Hall, and Crumlin Gaol it is very much possible (and recommended!) to walk but if you want a taxi or Uber, these are plentiful and very reasonable. In addition the very convenient open-top tourist bus stops very close by to the apartment and this is a fantastic way to get to know the city. Although you are close to the action, our 11th floor location means you will not be troubled by any noise. Free parking provided!
We are also just 7 minutes walk from Yorkgate station which makes trips up to the beautiful north coast a breeze!

The feature piece - the private balcony opens fully from the living room giving the apartment a great airiness and providing sublime views across the city and Belfast Lough. FREE PARKING SPACE PROVIDED Other things to note Absolutely no parties, no extra guests at any time without permission, and no excessively loud noise/music. This stay could have been better. First, our check in time was supposed to be after 3pm. We arrived after 4pm and housekeeping had just finished but didn't return the keys to the lockbox so we had to contact the host to find out how to get in. The whole building is under construction and scaffolding covers the entire outside with netting and banners, so there is no view at all from the balcony. No one told us about the scaffolding or the completely blocked view from the balcony. The worst thing was that the back door handle was broken - which they told me about when I called to try to get into the place. They said they would send someone to fix it, but never did. Consequently, the back door was open - not just unlocked, but stuck physically open because you couldn't retract the lock with no handle and the lock sticking out blocked the door from closing. The entire time, the door remained open and unlocked - 24 hours a day. The apartment is on the 11th floor so normally that wouldn't be that big of a deal other than cold or hot getting in - but in this circumstance, the scaffolding was literally at the balcony and anyone could get onto the balcony from the scaffolding walkway and enter through the open door. It was less than safe. The exhaust over the range did not work. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is very small. The beds were comfortable enough. There was a tea kettle and a microwave. So that was nice. The place was clean. I wouldn't stay there again.
The property was just as described. Check-in was easy thanks to very clear directions. The location isnât great for walking since you have to go along some busy roads to get to the city center, but it wasnât impossible. Highly recommend.
