The restaurant staff were poorly trained. Wine was served with bits floating in it and was not served as requested with the main course. One item ordered never arrived but I was charged for it. Even in quiet times there were unnecessary waits by customers for empty tables to be prepared - they should have already been set. There seemed to be a policy of not setting tables until they were needed and so the place did not seem welcoming. The bar seemed short staffed because guests waited too long to be served.
