This is it! Look no further! Beautiful modern home with wide open windows - bring your family for a gathering you’ll never forget! Prepare delicious meals in the stunning kitchen, sit on the deck and watch the ships come in and out of the harbor and stroll into town along the convenient foot bridge located at the end of our street. Master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, second bedroom has a queen bed and is located near the newly renovated hall bath. The study has an LL Bean lodge couch, and a double bed. Downstairs there is an in law suite with a king bed, private bath, separate living area (with an additional twin bed) and a kitchenette. The downstairs comfortable couch is always available for extra sleeping space.

Sit on the large deck and enjoy views of Belfast Bay and the town of Belfast. The Front Street Shipyard is across the bay and you will enjoy seeing the working waterfront as ships and boats come and go. Private steps leading to rocky beach for peaceful beach combing. At low tide you can walk to YOUNG’S LOBSTER POUND!!!

You can easily walk into town across the beautiful footbridge and see a movie, grab dinner or shop at Belfast Co-op for delicious ingredients for a home cooked meal. Stroll the town and check out Fon’s, Darby’s and Rollie’s restaurants, and Downshift coffee for a cup of coffee. For that special night out, try DelVino’s (save room for their flourless chocolate cake). After dinner walk along the dock through the shipyard and back across the pedestrian bridge to your home away from home.

If you like to see the sights by foot, or get in your daily run, we are just a few minutes walk from the Belfast Rail Trail. If you prefer a biking adventure, check out the bike shop in town or rent a kayak and explore the river from your very own beach.

The views of the harbor are breathtaking and the short walk into town over the footbridge is a great way to access the shops and restaurants without worrying about finding a parking spot. Large yard for kids to run around in and play lawn games. Settle in at night and enjoy the lights of Belfast as you relax after a picture perfect day. If you’re lucky, you’ll spot our resident bald eagle who loves to perch on our neighbor’s pine tree. We also get an assortment of wildlife such as fox, bunnies and chipmunks throughout the property. (Fireplace is not usable.) Home is owned by 6 Footbridge LLC.

Wonderful views of Belfast Harbor can be enjoyed from so many areas of the house. We spent mornings on the deck and evenings in the great family room looking at the lights. A great location going east to Acadia and south to Camden. The email you get for checking in/out is GREAT. Kitchen is marked where things belong which makes it so easy. The footbridge so close is a real plus. Best VRBO we have ever had!! Thanks so much.

Location was excellent as to proximity to downtown area of Belfast. Close to the footbridge leading into town. Most of the house was quiet, but one bedroom was exposed to the noise of US-1 (within about 200’). Pretty good restaurants within close driving distance.

This home exceeded our expectations. It was a beautiful place, in a tranquil setting, with a nice view of the harbor. The home is well kept, with comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous kitchen, and a large sweeping back lawn that leads to the water's edge. I would highly recommend this home.

This is a beautiful property conveniently located to all things Belfast. Quick to drive into downtown or take a stroll across the footbridge. Spacious grounds and the kids had a great time collecting treasures on the beach every day with the changing of the tides. It was a perfect home base for us for our son's wedding in Belfast.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay in this stunning waterfront home in Belfast. Check-in process was super easy. The kitchen had literally everything you would need to prepare meals at home. The open concept, as well as the views from the kitchen, made cooking more of pleasure than a chore. Our family spent a lot of time on the beautiful back deck and yard as there was plenty of room for yard games. The home is not far from the Bangor airport, which was convenient for family traveling from other points. Overall an amazing home in the perfect location!

Awesome Stay

Weeklong stay and house was excellent and location fantastic. Belfast was getting ready for Memorial Day kickoff to the vacation season and eating locations but were open so did not disappoint. Drive to Acadia was wonderful and less than 90 minutes so very convenient. Highly recommend this rental property, communicating with the owners ahead of time and during the stay was great. Had a Beaver in the yard on 2nd day but no sight any other days. Awesome view of the Harbor!

Wonderful layout, picturesque and open

We loved this property which brought together family from CA, MD and ME to celebrate my son's MMA graduation. The house is very easy to find and right off the main highway with easy parking. It did rain pretty much the entire time but we did walk the footbridge to Belfast at the end of the street which was very cool. The kitchen is extremely well appointed with anything you could need to bake, cook, drink, etc. Very well laid out, labelled and plenty of space. The bedrooms were well spaced out to give people privacy but then come together in the common areas which were open and had windows to the harbor. We would definitely come again and hopefully have more time to sit outside on the porch, drink coffee and share meals. Thanks to Susan and Bill for sharing their space.

Beautiful Home and View

The home was better than expected. It's one of the few times that photos did not do the beautifully appointed home and perfect location enough justice. I booked the home for a girlfriend gathering - we all wished we had husbands and kids along to enjoy this property and location. There was a small snafu with water that had nothing to do with the owners - that said, they were readily available to help remedy in any way. Communication was top notch as were Sue's thoughtful recommendations for us as first timers to the area. I would absolutely rebook the home if/when I return to Belfast.

We rented this property recently and it was lovely. Immaculately clean and well laid out. Perfect for our rotating family. Close to Camden and Acadia Natl Park. Belfast and environs has something for everyone. Having the footbridge ‘at our feet’ helped us go back and forth to town and walk home after eating in great restaurants.Highly recommend

House was perfect!

We were a group of five ladies from Colorado celebrating a milestone birthday and the house was absolutely perfect for us! The house itself was wonderful with the beautiful yard on the river and comfortable deck. We enjoyed the views morning and night with Belfast right across the River. We saw a fox and a family of deer and enjoyed the peace and quiet immensely. The house itself served us well and we also took advantage of the in-law suite downstairs so we all had plenty of personal space. We lacked for nothing in the house and it was very well appointed and comfortable. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us as we explored from Boothbay to Bar Harbor with the house in between. Of all the quaint towns we visited, I personally enjoyed Belfast the most as it wasn't over run with tourists and the people in the town were so welcoming. The footbridge being so close to the house was a huge bonus for quickly getting across the river to town. Susan was very good in her communications and I would 100% recommend the house and would love to return some day.
