The room was very poorly lit despite the fact there were little spotlights all in several locations (one hanging right in front of the mirror). We felt like we were in a dim space. There was little place to put anything - no suitcase stand, no drawers; we had to keep our suitcases open on the floor and dress out of them. There is a wardrobe for hanging things but we had no hanging things. The desk was full of drinks and snacks they wanted to sell us, impossible to even use the coffee service (which was in the wardrobe). We had to move all that (and everything out of the refrigerator) to have a place to put books, computer, etc. the shower was dangerous: I am 5'4" and the bath edge came up to my knee. Getting in and out of the shower with nothing to hold but the glass panel (which came loose -we reported that but it was never fixed) or the heated towel rack. There is a bar in the shower near the faucets but not useful for getting in and out. the lobby was also very dark. We ate dinner once (good) but they argued with me about taking the remainder of my steak back to the room and finally gave me a release to sign before they would give me my food. I would never stay again.
