This was such a lovely home and perfect for our needs. The home was stocked with everything we needed. We hosted our grown children and grandchildren for a Christmas visit. The beds were comfortable and the living area was open to kitchen so everyone could visit. To the owner: If you decide to sell this home let me know! We’re moving back to NWA end of this year beginning of next. I loved it!

House is very dark. Especially the kitchen. Kitchen countertops are very cluttered. The top of the baseboard trim throughout the house, and especially the bathrooms, are filthy. Had to hunt through the house to find dish towels and hand towels for the bathrooms.

We enjoyed spending time in the beautiful home located in the wooded hills. The home is spacious and very comfortable and the host was excellent in communicating with us. The kitchen was well stocked to meet our every need, and we enjoyed the reclining sofas in the living area for relaxing. We didn’t have an opportunity to use the fire pit in the back yard, but it looked very inviting. We hope to be return for another stay the next time we visit Bella Vista.

The home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen with necessary utensils. Plenty of supplies in the bathroom area. I had noticed in the guest book that a few people had made comments about dish towels & dish cloths being available in the kitchen. Yes, it would be convenient to find them in the kitchen but they were located in the laundry room above the dryer. The screened porch was really nice to enjoy the outdoors without having to fight insects. It was really nice that this home owner allowed you to use the garage; most places don't. Initial arrival to the home was an exciting game of hide & seek (lots of curves & turns onto different roads with similar names, just different endings- Rd, St, Ave, Ln.) but the directions given by home owner were spot on.

This is a very nice house. The screened in deck, firepit and quiet and convenient location were great! It was perfect for a home base for our mini family reunion in NW Arkansas. The only issue we had was no lighting by fire pit. Even a solar "motion" light would have been great. We would definitely stay here again.

The house fit our needs perfectly. Beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the screened in deck. We ate our meals out there. Although the location is a few miles from Bella Vista town center and a few miles of windy roads to the house, it was very close to a swimming pool. We own a lot in BV and could swim there. I am not sure if you have to be a property owner to do so. We enjoyed at a yard falls and many other activities in the area. We plan to return next summer. Thank you VRBO.

Delightful Property

We enjoyed this house immensely, especially the large screened in deck with a table. Loved the remoteness, trees and constant bird song. Thank goodness for Google map directions so we could find the place.We cooked several meals while there. Renters can find about anything they might need in the kitchen, though a hunt through the cabinets may be necessary. The bedrooms were nice, especially the master bedroom which has a door out to the screened in deck.The only issue we noted is though the description mentioned a well lite, wide entry and being an open path for wheelchairs, both entrances have multiple steps to get in. If an accessible entrance is something renters need, check the details.

Great for families!

This was our second stay in this home & we will likely return again! The location is great in a quiet neighborhood cul de sac and the home itself is comfortable and well stocked. Our kids loved playing in the backyard!
