Appartamento Mariele is a bright and sunny two-story apartment situated on a promontory facing the lake. It sleeps eight people. From Appartamento Mariele you will enjoy an enchanting view of Lake Como and of the mountains. Appartamento Mariele is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 900 meters (990 yards) from the center of Bellagio, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach, the lake and the tourist port. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), a grocery store at 1 km (roughly 1100 yards), the bus stop at 400 meters (1300 feet) and the closest beach (Lido di Bellagio) at 1.2 km (roughly 0.75 miles). You will reach Appartamento Mariele from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 17 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Appartamento Mariele. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars.

Terrace
The terrace is 12 square meters (130 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the lake and of the mountains.
Entrance LevelLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). There is a fireplace, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The floor is paved with wood. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches) and a pull-out single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through a corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. Top LevelBedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. The floor is paved with wood. The ceiling is sloped, is made of wood and has an height of 1 meter (3.3 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a roof window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
