The apartment, on the first floor of a historic building, opens onto the living area, an open space including the living room with a sofa, a TV and a dining table, and the fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer, a toaster and a coffee machine. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a
TV and a balcony overlooking the lake, and one with a queen-size bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. An additional bathroom with shower completes the layout.
The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace furnished with a dining table and sun loungers, where guests can admire the view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
