If you're looking for a quiet place with nice staff and a clean bed for a couple of nights, this will work. If you expect a minimum standard of upkeep, you'll be disappointed. Pros: Quiet facility, friendly staff, well lit parking, proximity to WWU, hot water, decent water pressure, the bed was comfortable, the linens are alright. Cons: Very dated, many things are in various states of disrepair (room lock, dripping faucet, hot/cold temp control in the shower spins without engaging), dirty (splatters on the walls, scuffs all over walls, mold in the tile grout), dated a/c-heating unit, no do not disturb signs, pretty bad wifi.

Save your money and stay somewhere else

Our stay was terrible! The room was dirty, the sheets and curtains were torn, the paint was chipped everywhere, there were no cups for water, tissue in the tissue boxes, half of the lights didn’t light up, the hotel had a musty gross smell in the halls and in our room, the carpets were stained, the bathroom floor was not clean and more. The guy who checked us in was nice enough, and that is the ONLY nice thing I can say about this place.

Poor lighting in room, bathtub water was almost impossible to pull out to turn out, or turn from cold to hot. I have higher expectations for a Wyndham property. I would not stay here again or in a similar rate Wyndham property.

My advice don't book ths property!! It is Durty beond durty, as well as smells of uren. staff is not at desk & are not nice people. My & I family booked 3 night i2 rooms in this place. We stayed 1 night as we didn't have a place to go late. We went the next morning to ask for refund of 2 days on each room. No one at desk from 6AM to12 noon check out time. Was told we had to get our money back from Expedia. I did not pay up front with expedia. Man said it didn't mater was Ezpedia problem not theirs. I am stil waiting for my money back. Plus a $100.00 deposit that we had no idea we were going to bee charged & was to be returned. Also Not happened yet. This a very dirty, smelly place & staff is not nice or helpful, even if you can find a staff member!!!

There was dirt on the floors and walls. Rust in the sink and the tub was stained and had peeling paint. The bed was hard and broken down. The furniture was all scratched up. Tissue dispenser with no tissue in it. No blow dryer or breakfast. The ceiling was leeking in the lobby and never anyone at front desk. When we complained the response was this is what you get for a 2 star hotel.

Disgusting and filthy

Bathroom was disgustingly filthy, urine and pubic hair around the toilet. Crazy people in the hotel yelling all night. Don’t stay here.

Don’t stay here

Property is run down, which I could deal with, but after front desk convinced me to give them a 5 star review so I could check in an hour early without a fee, we went to the room. There, we saw that some plumbing equipment had been left all over the floor of the bathroom and the U pipe under sink was leaking into the garbage can. We alerted the front desk as we left and they said we would take care of it. However, when we returned 5 hours later, it hadn’t been touched. Despite leaving the windows open, the room was hot and stuffy, despite being cool outside. There was an AC window we didn’t try using which unit indicated it needed a new filter. My son’s tournament ended early and we were a drive away from home, so we checked out early and drove home without staying the night. Front desk didn’t seem concerned when I handed them the key and said we were checking out early at 8:30pm. Don’t stay here.

Front desk assigned a room that they know had issues with leaks. In the morning when the people directly upstairs from us took a shower the water leaked directly to our bathroom , while I was in the toilet I got wet from the leak ! And it wasn’t a mild leak it almost flooded the bathroom !! We left in a rush at 7am I was still sleepy I DEMAND a refund and some compensation from this property. It’s a safety hazard. The room I was at should not be operational , also the room above , until it’s fixed !! Please refund me ASAP

Honestly 1 star is too generous. The room had water damage, the pool was green, animal droppings in the bathroom, the drain was not sealed so when you used the sink water poured onto the floor, washer and dryer did not work. Ice machine was out of order (though honestly I would not have trusted the ice anyhow) the breakfast was a bucket of gas station cinnamon rolls that were put out at 7 am, and seemed to be gone by 745 or so. We paid for 2 nights, but asked if they would refund us the 2nd night so we could go somewhere else. They declined to do so. We ended up leaving anyhow and going across the street. MUCH nicer and the same price.
