Our experience was much less than good. On the day of check in, a water leak in the washroom. Maintenance came and fixed it but the room was left in a bit of a mess. No stopper in the sink. Mice guy said he would get one for us. Didn’t happen. Next day, when room service came, she got a stopper for the sink. Guess What? Another leak, quite bad when draining the water from the sink. Clerk offered us another room but we had a lot of stuff because we had been away for a few days. Didn’t want to have to move every thing because it was our last night there. We said we would live with it. Seems they should have offered some restitution for all the problems. A one night refund at least.

This was nothing I liked about this property except it was close to WWU. It was dirty, sketchy, and the breakfast was just pastries and pitchers of juice. When I went to the front desk, he was in the phone threatening to calm the police on a guest and told to leave. In tge halkway, there was a guy who was either homeless or selling things. Very strange. In the back parking lot, there was people who made me very uncomfortable and unsafe And our safety lock in our room was broken off. When we first got there, it seemed so sketchy and filthy that we wanted to check right away but there were not available places in the city do we were stuck. I did not feel safe at all. I may never stay at a Days inn again. You need to tear the building down and start over with better management.

Property Generally run down but room and bathroom were neat and clean. Liked that desk clerks/managers went out of their way to accommodate us (handicap room, coffee).

Before I booked the reservation I made sure the hotel was pet friendly. When I arrived and checked in the rude person at the desk handed me the paper and said "No smoking, no noise, no pets. Initial here, here and here and sign here." I asked her if it would be possible for me to stay another night and she got all upset and flustered and said that I booked through Experion and she couldn't touch it. I needed to go through them. I discovered that the air conditioning unit in the room had no working temperature control so I couldn't control the room temp. the next morning the cleaning people unlocked my room door and entered before I even checked out. fortunately I was dressed and not doing anything embarrasing.

The picture of the motel front belies the dinginess and need of repair and maintenance of the interior. Linens and towels are the cheapest and worn. Requested second hand towel and washcloth never delivered.Carpet is worn and stained. Our room had no deadbolt lock. Sink had no cover on drain to prevent losing one's ring to the trap. Door from back parking lot to building left unlocked at all times. Refused to refund our second night, when we cancelled and moved out because it was intolerable. So we ended up paying $374 for one night at this dump.

the picture of the front belies the dinginess of the interior and the obvious lack of repair and maintenance over time. Our room had things ripped from walls with no repair or repainting. The lonely bathroom sink had nothing to prevent a ring from dropping into the trap. Carpet stained and worn. Depressing. Parking in back unpaved and unsecured. Back door to motel left unlocked. no deadbolt on our room door. Refused to refund our second night when we cancelled and moved to another hotel, since this was unsafe and inadequate for the price charged. Lobby sign required masks, but staff did not wear them.

This hotel is in such dire need of a remodeling, it is beyond being run down. The smell of mold and mildew is prevalent on each floor, not including the lobby. First room had bugs running around in the sink and the smell was so terrible i didn't think i could tolerate it. I picked up the phone to have them come look at th4 rom but the phone was broken. Second room smelled equally bad. They don't enforce the mask mandate. The person working when i checked in was wearing one but not the guy when i checked out.
