The property is situated within walking distance of the village centre – just a short walk of around 5 minutes uphill. There is a local Inn nearby that has a pizzeria and the first microbrewery on the Island – The Wight Knuckle Brewery. Across the road is the seasonal Harbour View Cafe and further down Embankment road is the charming Best Dressed Crab seafood eatery; serving local crab, lobster and prawns - said to be an absolute delicacy. With sailing clubs nearby [Bembridge Sailing Club is members only] you have a range of things to enjoy right on your doorstep. With an array of interesting shops, pubs and eateries in the village itself Harbour Strand is a great setting for your Isle of Wight Holiday. There are many more walks and beaches to explore in Bembridge and of course around the whole Island. St. Helens , is the neighbouring village - with its pleasant village green, often hosting a cricket match in the summer, the National Trust Duver Conservation area and Bay Watch On The Beach Restaurant that is only a 10 minute drive away too, you'll be totally spoilt staying here.
