About this space



Perched on the mountainside in the best neighborhood possibly in all of Spain this 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom is the perfect oasis for your holiday. The huge terrace with private hot tub on it will be where you spend most of your time. Relax in total comfort this apartment is a truly stunning home finished to impeccable standards and has absolutely everything you will need. Chefs will love the gourmet kitchen fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances from Bosch and Smeg.

The space



The apartment:



Guests will enjoy this spacious open floor plan 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. All the different areas of the apartment have been designed with guest comfort, practicality, and for maximum relaxation. This mountain base is truly the best place to spend your vacation and from which to explore Marbella, Puerto Banus, BenahavĂ­s and the surrounding areas.



The Kitchen:



Spacious, modern and well equipped the kitchen has been designed for the gourmet chef to easily whip up meals for family and friends while the open floor plan makes it easy to still socialize and be part of the scene while you're cooking. All the major appliances are Bosch, and the smaller appliances are all Smeg. Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you need.



The Lounge:



Designed for comfort and relaxing after a long day out exploring the lounge has a 60-inch Samsung TV so you can catch up on the news, put on a series or catch your favorite sports highlights. A comfy L shaped sofa lets you sit back relax and take it all in. Open the patio doors and let in some fresh mountain air.



The Terrace:



Arguably the best part of the apartment as you step onto the huge, oversized terrace, you're immediately drawn in by the sweeping views. Ocean, mountain and golf views are truly unique.



The oversized outdoor sofa is the perfect place to relax and unwind, catch up with friends or enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of exploring.



The huge outdoor dining table comfortably seats 6 people and is the best place in the apartment to enjoy meals with family and friends.



The BBQ is a gas weber and is there for you to use. Grill up your favorite foods.



The jewel of the terrace is the private hot tub. Climb in, relax and unwind.



Master Bedroom:

King sized bed. Top of the line mattress, pillows and linens. 47-inch TV. En suite bathroom. Walk out to your semi-private terrace with seating area.



Second Bedroom:

Queen sized bed. Top of the line mattress, pillows and linens. 32-inch TV. Walk out to the terrace.



Third Bedroom:

2 single beds. Top of the line mattresses, pillows and linens. 32-inch TV. Walk out to the terrace.



Enjoy waking up to the fresh mountain air and taking in the breathtaking sea views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for cooking. There's also a BBQ for your use on the terrace. 3 bedrooms, which are furnished with super comfy designer mattresses, beds, top quality hotel linens and pillows will ensure a great night's rest. All bedrooms walk out onto the oversized patio. Open plan kitchen and living room also flows out directly to the terrace, perfect for cooking, visiting and relaxing at home. There are TVs in all the bedrooms and the lounge. The Hot tub is on the terrace and is for your private use only.



Private garage parking for 1 car is included in the rental.



Guest access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment and private terrace. The swimming pool and gym are common areas shared with the neighbors.



Other things to note:

The neighborhood is quiet and most of the neighbors live full time in the building. We ask guests to be quiet from 10pm to 9am to be respectful of the neighborhood.



The neighbors and building do not allow loud music at any time and the quiet hours listed in the rules are strictly enforced.



Location:

This amazing home is in BenahavĂ­s/LA Quinta.



Perched high on the mountain so you get incredible views of the mountains and golf course and then out to the sea. Possibly one of the most interesting views along the entire Costa del Sol.



There really isn't a better area to be.



The neighborhood is a dream, super safe and very high end.



From the apartment you have local groceries and restaurants 2 mins away by car.



To San Pedro Beach 7 mins by car.



BenahavĂ­s Pueblo (Old Town BenahavĂ­s) 10 mins by car.



Getting around

There is parking in the Garage for 1 car. Public transport isn't really an option here. Having your own car is highly recommended however uber and taxis are available to take you anywhere you want to go if you prefer.



Additional rules



Please respect the rules set out below as the building has a majority of permanent residents who live here full-time. We have been informed by the building's governing body that should the rules be violated, the local authorities will be called to ensure compliance.



1) No parties or similar events are allowed at the property.

2) No loud music is to be played anywhere on the property and at any time, especially on the patio.

3) Quiet hours are from 22:00pm - 09:00am

4) The Jacuzzi can only be used between the hours of 09:00am - 22:00pm. After which it needs to be closed. This is in line with the building's rules. The Jacuzzi needs to be closed in the evening, or it will lose all its heat.

The quiet hours are strictly enforced by the building and noise will not be tolerated. No noise or music of any kind is allowed during the quiet hours.

5) No Smoking or Vaping in the listing

6) No glassware is allowed in the Hot Tub

7) Children need to be supervised by an adult at all times while using the Jacuzzi

8) Please be respectful of the neighbors

9) Abide by all building rules that are present in the common areas such as communal pool and gym.

10) Keep the doors closed, both to access the community and to the gym and garages.

11) Do not enter the pool area with glass

12) No smoking in the pool area

13) Turn off the air conditioning in the gym when you leave.

14) Pets must always be on a leash, preventing them from relieving themselves inside the Urbanization. If this happens, they must be cleaned.

15) Smoking is not allowed in common areas

16) Do not throw cigarette butts within the community or over the balcony.

17) Respect the speed limit of the garage (10km/h)

18) Do not park in garage spaces that are not yours.

19) Hanging clothes is not allowed in visible areas of the community.

20) Pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

21) Gym hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

A late check-out penalty of 85 Euros will be charged for any check-out after 10:00am. After which a further 20 Euros per hour after 11:00 am will be charged until the property has been vacated.

Security cameras are present outside of the apartment as well as an alarm system.



Lost, Stolen or Damaged Keys will attract the following costs:

- Lost apartment door key (Lock and key replacement): 385 Dollars

- Lost common property building key: 95 Dollars

- Lost Elevator key: 60 Dollars

- Lost garage remote: 85 Dollars



All the rules set out are in accordance with the relevant booking platforms policy.



Please be aware that for the safety and security of the property, the host has installed security cameras and/or monitoring devices in certain common areas (e.g., exterior entrances, common building property, driveway, garage, patio, terrace etc.). These devices are in place to ensure the safety of guests, the property, and its surroundings. There are no cameras inside the property and private spaces such as bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen or other areas intended for personal use.



By booking this property, guests acknowledge and consent to the presence of these security devices. Guests agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the host from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the use or presence of these cameras or security systems, including but not limited to privacy-related concerns.
