849m2 plot, 391m2 built, 3-story villa enjoying a private infinity pool in Benahavis, with its prime location close to the Golf Courses, beaches and the world renowned marina.

The ground floor includes a open-plan living room kitchen with a direct access to the terrace overlooking the private infinity pool and offering breathtaking sea views. There is also one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The top floor includes four bedrooms with two bathrooms, the master suite with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, All bedrooms boasts outstanding and inspirational views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. There is also one solarium terrace to get tanned under the andalusian sun.

The basement boasts one bedroom with one ensuite bathroom and the cinema room to watch your favorite movies or blockbusters.

The swimming-pool area has sun loungers and a BBQ.

Late Check out fee from 11 AM until 1 PM: 100€ extra.

Late Check out fee after 1 PM: As an offsetting measure, the day’s base rate will be charged without discounts.

PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES

Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 250

Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to completely change the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

Damage to keys set: € 50

Smoke fee in the property: 300 €

The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding the allowed noise levels, refraining from hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during their stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of €500 will be deducted from the security deposit.





CANCELLATION POLICY

Fully refundable 07 days

Cancel up to 07 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund of your payment. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 07 days of arrival day.

Fully refundable 30 days

Cancel up to 30 days before the start of your stay and get a full refund for any bookings longer than 28 nights. There is no refund offered for bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival day.

Pending amount, 50% + refundable deposit 15 days prior to arrival.

This deposit is fully refundable 10 days after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM.(On request from 9PM on)

We charge 10€ extra for baby crib and high chair per day.

We charge 35€ for an extra bed per day.

Final cleaning is included in the quotation.

Guests can cancel free of charge until 07 days before arrival.
