Welcome to our 2-bed apartment in the residential complex of Mar del Sur in Benalmádena Costa, on the border with Torremolinos. Free gated parking, and access to beautiful communal swimming pools and pool gardens*. Mar del Sur is well located on the Costa high street, close to Lidl supermarket, restaurants, and bars, but also close to two beaches on either side of the award winning Puerto Marina. The stunning port is less than 10 minutes walk away where in the summer you will find a thriving hub of restaurants, bars, ice cream parlours, shops and clubs. The paseo maritimo is a calmer alternative alongside the beach and sea.

The apartment itself has plenty of natural light from large sliding terrace doors, but also blackout curtains in the main bedroom. The living room and kitchen spaces are modern open plan, with all necessary comforts like kettle, toaster, cafetière and of course appliances with a full four hob and oven for cooking. The bedrooms are simple but clean and well kept, and the bathroom is family friendly with a shower (with excellent pressure) over a bath. There is also a washing machine and other necessary items like hairdryer and iron etc.

Guests can arrive 24/7 via a lockbox at the agency or can be met in person during office hours. El Pinillo train station about 15-20 minutes walk and there are bus stops very close on the high street. The apartment is only 20 minutes drive from the airport and from Malaga city, with Marbella and Puerto Banus just over an hour away.

*Note that the communal swimming pools are open from mid-June to mid-September only. Please ask for more info. The car park gets very full in the summer months and it can be hard to find a space.
