Beautiful 2-bedroom penthouse with very spacious terrace with fantastic sea views in Benalmadena Costa



Lovely two-bedroom penthouse with huge terrace, beautiful pool complex and super sea views. Located directly on the promenade and beach of Benalmadena on the Costa del Sol. The penthouse has a kitchenette, new furniture and beds with new mattresses from 2021. The penthouse is not very big but very functional and comfortably furnished with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living room with sitting area, dining area and modern and fully equipped kitchenette. There is air conditioning in all rooms, a Smart TV with English and other international channels and of course FREE WiFi internet.



From the living room and master bedroom you can access the large terrace. Both from the apartment and from the 180m2 roof terrace you can enjoy the magnificent views of the sea and the surrounding area. On clear days even up to the Sierra Nevada. The large terrace includes a lounge set and a dining area with 6 patio chairs. In the conservatory you can relax with a good book and a refreshing drink or enjoy the sunset over the mountains. The apartment is on the twelfth floor. There is an elevator to the eleventh floor, the 12th floor you reach by stairs.



The penthouse is located in a vacation resort with generous swimming pools with water slides and a pool bar in one of the pools. Also at the complex is a fitness center (fee), an arcade, a supermarket, restaurant and bar/disco. The complex has beautifully landscaped gardens, from which you can step onto the boulevard, which runs all the way to Torremolinos. Through the boulevard it is a 2 km walk to the beautiful marina of Benalmadena.

Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed 160 x 200, air conditioning / heating, ample closet space and a door to the terrace. The second bedroom has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 and air conditioning / heating.



Bathrooms
The penthouse has a modern bathroom with a shower, a bathroom cabinet with sink and a toilet.



Terrace
The large terrace of no less than 180m2 is equipped with a lounge set, 4 sunbeds, a dining table with 6 patio chairs and sunshades above the lounge set. In the conservatory is a chillcorner furnished with a lounge bed where you can relax with a good book and a refreshing drink or enjoy the sunset over the mountains.



Swimming pool

The resort has a large pool complex with a poolside bar, water slides and a sunbathing area with sun beds. The sunbeds can be rented for about €3 per day. Next to the pool is a snack bar with a terrace. From October to Easter, the pool is open from 12:00 to 18:00.

To avoid crowding in the pool, there are a limited number of pool passes per apartment. There are 4 pool passes for this apartment. More cannot be requested.


Garden
The Benal Beach resort offers a range of facilities for guests such as beautifully manicured gardens, a cafeteria with terrace, on-site store, an arcade and a fully equipped gym. The use of these facilities are not included in the rental price.



Parking
There is a limited number of parking spaces available, but especially in summer they are often occupied.



Car
A car is not necessary for this vacation rental. However, if you want to see more of the Costa del Sol than a car is recommended.



Note: during spring and summer 2024 Benal Beach is gradually repainting the facades. At some point they may need access from the penthouse and place a pulley system so they can lower themselves down to paint facades.
