This property has it all. Will sleep 5 guests (one double and one twin bedrooms) plus 1 additional guests on a comfortable inflatable mattress , for a small additional fee (please speak to owner about this facility). The 3 third bedroom will be closed to access. Two bathrooms, large lounge dining room with log burning fire for the winter but light and airy for the summer.The kitchen is huge with a centre isle with gas and electric cooking facilities. Equipped with two fridges one with water and ice dispensers, dish washer and all other appliances at hand. Air conditioning hot and cold is installed throughout.
The villa is set on a quiet and small urbanisation within ten minutes walk to the beach, and train station.
Supermarkets , tapas bars / restaurants are only a 3 minute drive .Malaga centre is a must visit with the Picasso museum , castle and its abundance of culture and magnificent cathedral. Malaga has its own port which takes cruise liners on a regular basis.
You can take in Mijas Pueblo with its unbelievable views and the kids can ride the local donkeys.
The cable car is close by so you can take the 20 minute journey to the top of the mountain range, take in the bird of prey show , sample a cool drink or coffee in the comfy cafe at the top and take in the scenery.
Other places include Marbella ,Gibralter a 50minute drive. Historical Ronda with its amazing gorge only one hour away.. plus other unique destinations.
The list of things to do is endless , but whatever you choose you have the perfect villa to come home to.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa with great views to the sea. Fantastic pool. The roads are very steep so I would advise walking down to the beach (20 minutes) and taxi back. Also taxi up to the Carefore market where theres a couple of restraunts and a chemist then walk back (again 20 minutes). Be warned, taxi will arrive in about 5 minutes so make sure youre ready.

Family Holiday with Grandparents

Stayed in villa for 2 weeks, myself, husband, son and my parents. The villa itself was amazing, everything you needed for a great family holiday. Stunning views of the sea from the pool. The property is situated on a steep hill, 10 minute walk down the hill and you arrive at the beach front. The walk up the hill only recommended if you are fit, luckily I am and enjoyed the walk up to the Carrefour, for the morning milk or bread. We were able to function very well without a car, an Uber taxi costs about 4 euro from the villa to the supermarket and vice versa. We used the train station, 10 min walk/3 min drive, to go to Torremolinos and Fuengirola on a few occasions. I would definitely love to come back to this villa sometime in the future. A stress free holiday thanks to the owners Nancy and Richard who do an excellent job renting out their lovely villa.

Beautiful Views, a lovely Pool and villa

The villa was one of the best we have stayed in with a beautiful pool and spacious rooms. Nancy and Richard (owners) were both very nice and easy to deal with and communication prior and during our stay was easy and prompt. We didn't hire a car during our stay as we wanted a rest from driving but we would recommend anyone hiring this villa to hire a car as the hill is long and very steep. As there is a limited choice of cuisine in resteraunts near by and on the nearby coast line a car would also be very beneficial to widen the choice. The views from the villa are beautiful and you are not overlooked with another big plus being the quietness, despite other properties being near by.The beach is very long and has beautiful clean sand with long walks along the promenade. The only reason we didn't give the property five stars was because of the hill but with a car this would not be an issue Thank you Nancy and Richard for allowing us to stay in your villa.

TvÄ familjer med fyra vuxna och fyra barn frÄn Svergie hyrde det hÀr huset i tvÄ veckor under slutet av juni och början av juli. Vi uppskattade den underbara utsikten frÄn poolen och altanen och njöt hÀr bÄde morgon, middag och kvÀll. TvÄ badrum underlÀttade för oss och köket har allt som krÀvs för ett hushÄll. Stranden Àr inte lÄngt bort men krÀver en promenad upp och ned för en brant lutning. Kontakten med husÀgarna var toppen bÄde vid bokning och nÀr mindre frÄgor uppstod. En plats och boende att ÄtervÀnda till.

We had a lovely time in the villa, we did have a few issues which were sorted immediately by Nancy. Lovely pool area and fantastic views. I would highly recommend hiring a car during the stay as it is situated up a steep hill. Would definitely return but book car in advance as we were hoping to cope without one but proved impossible.

Beautiful holiday home with a stunning view

As a first-time visitor to Malaga and our first time in a Villa we definitely chose the right place! Nancy and Richard's home is absolutely beautiful, spacious, full of everything you need and comes with the ultimate pool with a view. We were a group of 8 people and every one of us loved the villa and its surroundings. We wanted for nothing while we were there and any questions we had during our visit were answered promptly. If you're after a relaxing break away this is definitely the place to go. Equally if it's something to do while you're there you're only a short journey from the local towns/cities and their attractions. The villa is essentially half way up/down the hillside with some shops and restaurants at the top of the development, along with easy to access bus routes and a stunning beach with activities and restaurants at the bottom. If you're not so steady on your feet the only thing I would suggest is to hire a car while you're there, otherwise the local taxi services are very convenient and easy to contact. We would love to visit the area again and would, without a doubt, stay here!

ÂŁ good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very clean and well equipped, soap and towels shampoo all that is needed for a comfortable stay, tv, internet and music system all provided, massive fully equipped kitchen, very large sunny terrace pool and sunbeds all provided, actually if it is not already provided in the villa i doubt if you will need it, barbacue provided washing machine dishwasher microwave and many more. Best views we have ever had, all 8 of us had a fantastic week and we will be back next year for sure, Thankyou Nancy for a great holiday.
