This fun and family friendly home has been set up for a fabulous Sunriver Vacation. The home is light and bright and has room for the entire family to spend time either together, or separately.

11 Pine Mountain Lane is located in a perfect area, just a short .25 mile walk to the SHARC, or Fort Rock Park. It is close to Tennis Courts, Golf and the Sunriver Village Mall where you will find shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

10 Unlimited Use SHARC Passes are Included with your stay.

The home is 2-level with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Upstairs, there is a King Master Suite, a second King Master Suite and a third bedroom with a King Bed and bathroom in the hall. The living room, dining room and kitchen are also located upstairs.

Downstairs is a basement with a 4th bedroom with a double/twin bunk and an additional twin bed. There is another full bathroom in the basement, as well as a family room with wet bar and flat screen TV. There is also a foosball table downstairs in a separate game room.
A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children.

There are new TV's in each room. There are DVD players as well. The home has a gas fireplace in the living room for warmth and the furniture is newer and comfortable. The home also has a garage for your convenience.

A private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors.A private hot tub and deck with BBQ and comfortable patio furniture allow you to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
There are 5 adult and 2 youth bikes to explore the miles of paved bike trails throughout Sunriver. (Please bring your own helmets)
Fort Rock Park is just a 'hop skip and a jump' from the home. With our perfect location and fun filled home, we have an ideal set up for your family vacation.

We came to Sunriver for our annual family vacation. The house is close to the water park, the village and Fort Rock park. The bike paths are wonderful and there are a variety of bikes in the garage. The house is very comfortable. Our daughter and son in law had the master bedroom that was right across from another master where the 1 year old (in a pack and play) and 3 year old slept. Our college age son had the basement to himself. We had breakfast and some lunches at the house. The appliances are very modern with a refrigerator that alarms if you leave the door open too long. The house was immaculately clean.

Perfect place for our Family

The property was absolutely great for our family with ages ranging from 1yr to 68 years. It was extremely clean and is very well stocked and has lots of amenities. Overall great place and is very well managed. We will be back for sure.

Spacious home

The home was spacious with a nice deck located in a quiet neighborhood right on a bike path. The property is surrounded by hills which might make getting places difficult based on age of occupants. The property was stocked with everything you need! There were several spiders downstairs, which creeped the kids out to the point they didn’t want to stay. The stairs leading to the basement are also extremely narrow making it difficult to get up and down. You will NOT be allowed early check in through this rental company. Kind of a bummer as other rental companies in Sunriver do allow you to check in as soon as the property is ready.

This is our second stay at this property. We love the location and the set-up of bedrooms works well for a large multi-age group. The only issue for us (and we experienced it last year as well) is that the downstairs bedroom/living room stays extremely cold regardless of the temperature upstairs. Extra blankets required!

Home was wonderful for our party of 8. The downstairs was great for the kids to have their own space and has its own living area with TV. Communication with property management was easy and responsive. Home is as advertised, no surprises.

Good space for families

Appreciated the multiple king bed options and baby gate at the top of stairs. House was stocked with laundry and kitchen cleaning supplies, coffee, linens and pool towels, and shovel/ice melt. A bit outdated with minor damage through the house (dog scratch damage in one of the bathrooms and hole in flooring in another bathroom) as well as some damaged kitchen utensils. Good communication at check in but did not hear back after requesting late check out while we planned our exit after a bit of unexpected snow.

Great space and location!

We had a great stay in this large home. Communication with the property management was amazing. Arrive the property management shipped my daughter’s boots home after we forgot them and were super responsive when we asked about it. Highly recommend this property.

Couldn't of asked for a better experience.

Despite our navigation leading us astray, no fault of the property, We were extremely happy to find a CLEAN and cozy home when we arrived. Everything we needed was there, including fresh coffee beans (thankfully cause we forgot ours), a full assortment of cooking pots and pans and clean dishes. The hot tub was hot and the air was cold, but it felt great! Beds were comfortable, sheets were clean, pillows were cozy and we all had our own bathroom! We're coming back!!

Behind a rather ordinary exterior one will find a house that is very nice and cozy inside. It is quite spacious so everyone can find a place for himself and for the entire group (at the dinner or watching movies)

Perfect in every way

We were 3 retired couples staying for 4 nights. We cooked all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfy, linens were nice and there was plenty of room to stretch out.
