Welcome to High Desert Dwell!

In walking distance to all of the best of Bend, the location is exceptional. Walk a couple of blocks to Chow (the local's fave!), Kanpai Sushi, Spork, and all of the fun shops, bakeries, coffee, pubs, and restaurants on Newport Avenue. Stroll through the Westside neighborhood and you are in Drake Park and downtown Bend in minutes. Or, hop on a cruiser bike and explore town like a local. Getting to 10 Barrel Brewing, the hub of the Bend Ale Trail, is an easy meander. The Old Mill and Hayden Homes Amphitheater are easy to access by bike or a longer walk.

Boasting a spectacular architectural layout, this home has an open floor plan with high ceilings, windows, and plenty of sunshine throughout. Enjoy the comfy and hip upscale modern-contemporary decor with artistic touches and treasures. Cozy up to the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the HDTV. Enjoy the beautiful hardwood floors, central air and sliding glass doors that open out onto the patio. Mt Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes are just a short drive away and are the perfect places to explore in any season. Biking trails in the warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding option in the winter.

This was an excellent place to stay that accommodated our family perfectly. Loved the location that was easy walking distance to downtown Bend, restaurants and Newport Market which was only one block away so very convenient for quick market runs for anything we needed. The property is fully stocked with everything you need we especially enjoyed the bikes and helmets that we definitely took advantage of. The outdoor fire pit was a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktail. We can’t wait to return!

Great house and location in Bend. Walking distance to a few options for food, and only a block away from a grocery store. The house was very nice and very clean. Very nice updates and very comfortable for the entire family. A little bright in the early mornings with the amount of windows and lack of black out curtains/blinds, but during the day it was great to have all the natural light. We'll definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!

Our family stayed in the High Desert Dwell for 5-nights over Thanksgiving. It was perfect for us, had everything we needed, and super comfortable. We especially liked being able to park our car in the garage, preventing us from needing to scrape off the frost each morning. The unit stayed very warm and cozy. The decor and rooms were very nice. Communication with the hosts was wonderful, we appreciate their kindness. When back in Bend, we will look to stay here again! Thank you!

West Side High Desert Dwell Did Not Disappoint!

The house was even larger in person than it looked like in the photos. Very spacious! It was a hot weekend and the air conditioning was perfect. Walking distance to everything! The home was clean and comfortable. The management team were very responsive to questions leading up to the stay. Easy Check-In and check out. We all gave it a thumbs up.
