Maury Mtn 32 is a welcoming North Sunriver retreat designed for memorable family vacations and effortless group getaways. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, air conditioning, a private hot tub, ping pong table, and a fleet of adult bikes, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and recreation.

The heart of the home is the inviting light-filled, open-concept living space, where guests can gather around the cozy gas fireplace, share meals, and unwind after a day of adventure. The well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything needed for easy vacation dining, including a Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, slow cooker, gourmet gadgets, dishwasher, lots of cookware and dishware—making everything from morning coffee to family dinners a breeze.

The thoughtful layout provides privacy and flexibility for families and small groups. Upstairs, the spacious king master features vaulted ceilings, a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a cozy club chair, creating a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Downstairs, one guest bedroom offers a queen bed and TV, while the second includes two full beds and a TV, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. Both downstairs bedrooms enjoy convenient access to the private hot tub. A full guest bathroom and laundry room complete the lower level.

Outside, the spacious deck and patio are perfect for outdoor dining, grilling, or simply relaxing in chaise lounge chairs beneath the Central Oregon sky. After exploring the area, soothe tired muscles in the private hot tub or challenge friends and family to a game of ping pong. Lots of board games are also available.

Adventure is always within reach. The garage is stocked with nine adult bikes and 1 junior bike, and the home's desirable North Sunriver location offers quick access to miles of scenic paved bike paths, the Deschutes River, Sunriver Country Store, and the Village's shops, dining, and activities.

Whether you're spending your days biking, hiking, floating the river, or enjoying cozy evenings by the fire or around the sunny deck, Maury Mtn 32 provides the ideal home base with amenities that make your stay feel easy from the moment you arrive, leaving you with lasting memories.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Yup. Good stuff.

Often when you walk into a rental, the first impression can be, "Wow! What a nice place." But then as you settle in and start using it, you find all kinds of things that don't work right or are just plain broken. This is not the case with this rental. It is clean, well appointed, well taken care of, and comfortable. They are doing it right. It's like somebody actually cares. Even the ping pong table was in great shape and had a very nice net on it (rare). One very minor complaint would be (I am super super sensitive to smells and I'm guessing other people might not even notice) is that when we walked in there was a slight artificial sweetness in the air. I don't know if any carpet freshener is/was used or if it was something in the laundry room. It was very slight and no big deal, but would have been better without the slight sweetness especially since this house has no odors to cover up.Also, the checkout time of 10am is a bit too early for me and my friends, but I'm sure fine for many people. But overall, since we loved the house and had a great time in Sunriver, it's an easy 5 stars!
