Portable AC unit on main floor cools living areas nicely. Located in the heart of the beautiful Sunriver Resort, this house nestled in the pines with a deck that overlooks a beautiful common area. Our Tree House offers an unforgettable experience for families, couples, and groups of friends. This property will permit for privacy and offers a nice gathering area inside and out to promote good times. With a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with a gas fireplace, comfortable beds, complimentary high speed internet, you'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. My partner and I decided at the last minute to do a getaway after Christmas with our two 13 year-olds, 16 year-old, and our rat terrier and found the tree-house in Sunriver. The tree house was clean and cozy with a fireplace that heated the whole living room quickly when coming back after being out in the snow. The property manager responded quickly and thoroughly to our mid-trip request to stay an extra night and made the process easy. We used the SHARC passes to go play in the pool and relax in the hot tub which was a great bonus! We played charades by the fire and stayed up late watching movies in the cozy but spacious living room. And everyone had plenty of space to relax and chill - a must with teenagers! We had a FANTASTIC trip and will definitely be back to the tree house again for a getaway! Thank you for a great memory for our family!

This was an amazing property at 99 per night. It was an incredible buy. The home was just lovely - super deluxe and nicely outfitted – no complaints regarding issues with the house whatsoever. The owners have seriously created a thoughtful impression and every need was accounted for. I cannot wait to come to Sunriver and visit here again.

We loved the location and layout of this property; it stayed cool with the portable AC unit upstairs, and downstairs tucked away from the direct sunlight. Might look small upon arrival but really opens up and fit two families comfortably. Only suggestion I have is to add a couple bikes for children in the 8–12-year-old range and maybe think about having 10 total SHARC passes vs 8 since it sleeps more than 8 people.Overall, I wish I could own a place like this, cannot beat the location!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great weekend here! We enjoyed the layout of the house- good space in the living room, bunk beds, master, and guest room. Check in was smooth and easy. Clean instructions for all parts (easy to find WiFi code, simple check in instructions, and the check out instructions laminated on the countertop). Thank you for everything!

It was great. We knew what we were getting into. The house was appropriately priced for not having air conditioning. The blinds were pretty filthy, making me wonder how often the place was thoroughly cleaned. The beds were a little below average for comfort. Furniture was not very comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay here.

Great Sunriver Stay

When we arrived, I was very impressed with how much more spacious the house was than the pictures suggested. Great location - all of the major Sunriver offerings within a short (5-min) bike ride, and the place has several bikes. Nice desk and grill off of the kitchen. Would stay again.
