Inside, the fun won't stop, as the spacious ground floor boasts an open living area, a dining room, a stunning sunroom with beautiful views, and a full kitchen for whipping up all of your favorite culinary creations. The group's chef will fall in love with the inset gas range, deep farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and double ovens. Enjoy meals in the separate dining area, or keep it casual in the living room as a favorite show or ballgame streams on the TV. When you need some alone time, there will be no better place than the primary bathroom, complete with a massive walk-in shower and large soaking tub. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
