Meadowood 56306 is our newest vacation home in Caldera Springs. Located in a quiet, gated, luxury community, you'll enjoy the picturesque setting, surrounded by trees and offering breathtaking forest views from every angle.

Professionally decorated with vaulted ceilings and upscale touches, this home boasts charm and sophistication. The living room is idea for relaxing with large picturesque windows overlooking the lake, perfect for taking in year round scenery. An inviting gas fireplace, and two long sofas and armchairs for lounging around or socializing with your group also await The TV in the living area has streaming capabilities for movie nights!

The chef-inspired kitchen is nothing short of extravagant, featuring sparkling stainless-steel appliances, shiny granite countertops, wine fridge, and a spacious kitchen island with seating for four. Enjoy a quick bite at the island, have a formal meal at the dining table, or savor your food outdoors on the lake front patio during the warmer months.

On the main level are two ensuite bedrooms, each with king beds and private bathroom. The primary ensuite features an ADA compliant bath with roll in shower. There is also a study for those needing to work during their stay. This room features a queen sofa sleeper and attached full ADA compliant bathroom.

Head upstairs and find a third king ensuite bedroom with private bathroom and a large bonus room with 2 bunk beds and a twin trundle bed.

For relaxation and entertainment, the home offers multiple gathering spaces. The bonus room upstairs, downstairs study and multiple outdoor spaces provide cozy areas for relaxation and socializing. With ping pong and bikes in the heated garage, plus air hockey, board games and puzzles in the bonus room, there's no shortage of entertainment options for everyone.

The small lake behind this home is stocked with fish, you can catch and release with the kiddos. You can launch paddleboards, kayaks and small boats into the lake as well!

And after a day of adventure at Benham Falls or skiing at Mt Bachelor, why not grab a glass of wine and head outside to the steaming, private hot tub? Or grill up your favorite meal on the gas BBQ and toast to the perfect vacation getaway.

This home includes 5 Rental Cards (2 guests per card) for accessing SELECT Caldera Springs amenities. IMPORTANT: Caldera Springs is a semi-private community, which means that you will NOT have access to some amenities (some amenities are only available to homeowners and select guests). This home comes with rental cards that will give you access to the Quarry Pool and Fitness Center, Discovery Park, Ponderosa Park, Sable Rock Park, all the lakes throughout Caldera, the paved and barked pathways, tennis/pickleball courts and the basketball court. Passes do NOT include access to Forest House pool or facility or the 9-hole golf course.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
