10 SHARC Passes for 2025!

Inside this stunning luxury home, you will find a spacious kitchen, living and dining areas with large windows, hardwood floors, wood accents and beautiful furnishings.

On the main level you will find 4 ensuite bedrooms, each with a king bed, TV and it's own private bathroom.

Head upstairs to find a 5th king suite and a 6th bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds and also an attached bathroom. Also upstairs is a spacious bonus room with a full wet bar, pool table, arcade game, and foosball table!

5 Mulligan is our first home with an electric car charger; a Tesla charger is available in the garage!

Head onto the garage and challenge each other to some ping pong or electronic basketball. Keep your drinks cold while you play in the Margaritaville cooler or get outside and take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 8 adult bikes and probably several youth/kid bikes provided with this vacation rental house.

*This home has an ADT security system.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Beautiful home. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Bikes were in excellent condition. Oddly no toiletries for any of the bathrooms. We noted a few hiccups during our stay but the property manager was incredibly responsive and prompt in their resolution

Great stay in Sunriver!

This house has everything. We had two families including teens. There’s enough space and activities to keep everyone happy in separate locations. Plenty of suites with full baths for privacy. The home was clean and in good working condition.

Wonderful House! Responsive Host!

This was the best house, in the best location. The culdasac was quiet, the hot tub clean, BIG kitchen with lots of fridge space. Each bedroom was spacious with a bathroom, and they have the best games and lots of bikes and helmets. Highly recommend. The host checked in often to see if we needed anything as well. Very kind. I also recommend asking for a late check-out. For a small fee we were able to stay until 2pm! That was SO nice.

The perfect house for multiple families!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this house in Sunriver. We will very likely be coming back to this place in the future - it fit our every need! Extremely well stocked large kitchen, 5 master suites, lots of room for kids, and the upstairs bonus room was a hit! I could go on and on but you get the drift

Beautiful, room for everyone, with all the toys!

Our stay was so special--the house was beautiful, with plenty of space for both families (9 of us) and incredibly well-stocked and thoughtfully arranged kitchen. The upstairs game room was a highlight--every teen toy you could want including video games, shuffleboard, pool table, foosball! The house felt spacious and welcoming and the kids didn't want to leave. Beds were very comfortable and linens felt high quality. Downstairs there were toys for the little ones as well as some books, movies, and board games. The huge TV upstairs isn't a smart TV so if we came back (and we would definitely book again!) we'd just know to pop some DVDs in our suitcase--there were some provided but not for smaller kids. Overall, so happy with this choice! We had such a lovely few days with my brother's family and the house couldn't have been nicer. Check-in was smooth and problem-free, and all communication was seamless.

Beautiful Home in Sunriver

This was one of the nicest properties we have stayed at through VRBO. The home was clean and well taken care of and you can tell that the owner takes pride in this property. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future!

Wedding weekend

This house was perfect for our large family. We wanted all to be together as we celebrated one of our kids getting married at the resort. It was kind of out of the way, but the shuttle made it easy and convenient to get around. The property managers were attentive and responsive.

Five sisters and their husbands once a year get away

Overall our stay was great loved the house and everyone had a wonderful time probably going to rent this house again next year for our family get together. Only problem we had was getting a couple of the televisions to work right. Would have been nice if both coffee makers were working and we could have opened the sliding door that had screens to keep the flies out.

Nice Rental, Not a Home

The home was everything we expected but it seemed clear that this is a full time rental and not a home. The kitchen was very well stocked with plates, silver and glasses for an army. The common spaces including rear patio were gracious and worked very well. Hot tub was nearly new and very clean. We had a great stay and worked through the few hiccups. On the down side the home is a bit tired and is in need of a little TLC. Those things that get the most use are showing signs of wear....The main great room sliders were broken upon arrival and unfortunately never got repaired. Same with screen doors. The front door is wearing. The nook dining table needs to be re-finished. The great room sofas have lost their bounce and the beds should be looked at.

Disappointment

The layout of the home is perfect for my large family. The property management was good to work with, but the condition of the home for what we paid is inexcusable. From a disgusting looking oven, inside part of the frig broken, dirty barbecue and back patio, non working TV, sinks that don’t drain and the list goes on. I paid a lot of money to stay in the home for five nights with my family. I thank the property management company for giving me a small, but appropriate refund. This could be such a beautiful property, but some money for repairs and a few niceties like shampoo in the showers would be nice.

Beautiful home perfect for a family vacation

We had such a wonderful week staying in this beautiful home that we have already rebooked for next year. It is very spacious for a big family and has everything needed for a fun filled week, with an awesome game room, plenty of bikes for everyone, comfortable bedrooms with king size beds and an amazing overall open layout of the home.

Great location for a family reunion.

We had 4 generations in the house for a family reunion and everyone had a great time. Upstairs area gave the teens a place of their own to hangout and play pool. Plenty of activity options in the area. A great visit for everyone!

An excellent house for a big family

We really enjoyed the size of the house, with two wings of bedrooms and the kitchen with lots and lots of amenities. We had several cooks in our group that loved the large kitchen, 6 gas burners and every cooking tool you can imagine available. We had a wonderful family get together in this great house.

Family Celebration

We rented this house to celebrate our parents 40th anniversary. There were 12 of us and this house couldn’t be more perfect for what we needed! The house was beautiful and had so many things for everyone to do while we were there. The neighborhood was so quite and safe for the kids. Amazing property and we will definitely look to book there again in the future.

Gorgeous Home - nice for large groups

A very large home set up nicely for large groups. We had 6 couples and 1 small baby stay for the weekend and it worked out fabulous! 2 large areas to hang out in, a large kitchen that can accommodate a big group comfortably but 6 bedrooms with 6 private baths to escape to if you need some quiet time. They provided enough stuff to feel like you weren't in a hotel and we all went on a bike ride together with the bikes they provided. Ping pong tournaments in the garage each night and the hot tub was used every evening. Nicely located in Sun River. Only thing that would have made it more enjoyable was a fire pit of some kind on the back patio. Would Highly recommend this home...clean, well furnished, a lot of space and stuff provided to make it enjoyable!

It’s the perfect house for a multiple family vacation. The house is stocked very well with plenty of dishes and utensils for indoors and out. The beds are very comfortable and we love that each bedroom has its own bathroom
