This home lies in a quiet neighborhood in the northeastern section of town. Summertime visitors can use the home's included bikes to explore nearly forty miles of paved trails. There's also golfing at Woodlands, as well as rafting, kayaking, or relaxing by the Deschutes River. In the wintertime, you're only 15 miles from the slopes of Mount Bachelor for skiing and snowboarding, with ice-skating at the Village at Sunriver.

Great space and is better than the pictures shown online. Layout is perfect for our large family reunion. Appreciated the SHARC passes provided, since access to the pool and tennis courts were a big highlight for the kids. We truly enjoyed our stay!
