This updated home is a great gathering spot for the whole family. With high ceilings, lovely natural light, and beautiful wood accents throughout, you’ll feel like you’re in a lodge in the woods while being close to all that Sunriver has to offer.

The living room features an open layout with a gas fireplace and a large TV. The well-stocked kitchen with a gas stove makes entertaining a breeze, and the dining table offers seating for 8.

On the first level, you’ll find access to the hot tub on the private side deck, which wraps around to an open and spacious back deck. Two bedrooms; one bunk room with full over full bed arrangement, and a King bedroom are downstairs. Both lower level rooms offer TVs and are nicely separated by a full bathroom with a large soaking tub with a shower.

Head upstairs to a king ensuite bedroom with a private enclosed balcony, TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.

For some family fun, head out to the garage where you’ll find ping pong and a foosball table.

Tour all of the local hot spots in Sunriver on one of the 4 adult bikes you will find waiting for you in the garage! 17 Yellow Pine is a short walk or ride to over 30 miles of paved pathways exploring Sunriver. The fun at Fort Rock Park, shops and restaurants at the Village at Sunriver, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this home.

We enjoyed our April stay. The house was in great shape. We loved watching our "deer" friends each morning. The big plus, the hot tub was well maintained!!! We have stayed in many Sunriver homes over the years. Our biggest concern has been hot tub cleanliness. Maybe 50% of the time we find a super clean hot tub. Location was quiet. Beautiful family friendly home

The house was spotless! The layout was perfect for our family of 4 with two kids under 5. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary equipment to prepare all our meals at home. We enjoyed the hot tub and the comfortable beds. We wish we could have stayed longer but hope to return again over summer!

Wonderful home

This home is perfect for any occasion. Our hope was to stay in and enjoy the coziness of the home. The Tv allows netflix, prime, apple tv and more. The kitchen was well appointed and the village was a short drive away. The beds were really comfortable and the hot tub and deck were wonderful. This is our second year and we will be back!

Clean and comfortable!

The property was just as pictured! We got it for the hot tub but ended up not using it! Main bedroom bed was comfortable and loved the tv options available! (Bring your own shampoo/conditioner but soaps and cleaning needs were provided.) It got a little warm upstairs and a fan may be nice if staying during the summer but we found the place to be a very comfortable stay and would stay again.

Nice quality home but….some flaws

First off, this was a nice quality house. And the beds were very comfortable compared to a lot of others I have stayed at in Sunriver. But, the master was upstairs which wasn’t great for my dad who has had strokes and struggled to get up the stairs. The kitchen was NOT equipped, other reviews said it was but we didn’t have a lot of what we needed to make Turkey day meal. No potato peeler, the main pan had peeling Teflon, gross! No seasonings except pepper. We didn’t have enough toilet paper or paper towels to get through our stay. We had to buy so much ourselves. And we paid a very pretty penny to stay so that was very disappointing! Also, the upstairs master sink faucet was completely lose. If the owner could take note of repairs needed and grab just a few more basics, or repair the old stuff. And if Bennington would supply people with what they need for their stay. This would be a much better situation!

From start to finish, the experience of booking this property to the stay was exceptional. The property managers were helpful and kind and guided me through the whole process. Great home to relax and take in the views and golf course. We absolutely loved the hot tub after our South Sister hike. It’s so quiet and peaceful. The home was so cozy and nicely decorated.
