This is a little gem, quiet and relaxing. Just a walk away from the river to walk, sit, and bird watch. A short distance to downtown restaurants and shops. Parking is right outside the place. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make tapas plates to sit on the deck. We loved using the coffee press and electric kettle each morning. The bed was comfortable and slept well. Games, book, and movies apps for entertainment. Thank you for hosting us!

This place was perfect for 2 couples. We were in town for a concert at Hayden Homes and location was very close - short uber ride to the venue. It was also very nice to be so close to the park and river. Beautiful setting.Only feedback and not really negative - cleaning person had to let us in and change bedding & clean while we waited. He was very nice and efficient so was not a big deal. We were on the road so I missed a text from the owner asking when we were arriving - we got there at check in time so thought it would have already been cleaned. Was not an issue just giving feedback.Overall a great stay and much cheaper and nicer than the local hotels. We would definitely stay there again when in Bend. Thank you for being a great host!

My overall impression of this property was Good. I found a few items that I was displeased with, but the space was great. The space provided a stand up desk which was perfect for my business trip follow-up work. Nice view out the patio doors. The oppurtunity to have a full kitchen was great. I really enjoyed how the bedroom was seperated from the living space. Just outside the parking lot is a nice walking trail along the river to decompress.

6/10 Okay

My husband and I were a little disappointed with our stay. It was a good location, but it wasn't very clean. The oven had old food inside, paint was peeling from the fireplace, dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The bath was dingy feeling. My biggest complaint, however, was that although it had a kitchen, there were no pots or pans. There were only a few random dishes/bowls and obscure lids. The kitchen was the main reason I chose this rental so you can imagine I was pretty frustrated. The condo complex itself wasn't easy on the eyes either. I understand its older, but there was a lot of junk laying around. Overall, my family still had a great time in Bend and my kids are young and oblivious to the complaints my husband and I had, but I do feel a little tricked being that the rental listing made the property look nicer than it was.

Less than expected

Beautiful location. Condo itself wasn’t vacuumed, fireplace didn’t work, furniture was dingy and there was no information to operate air conditioning etc.

Odessy in Bend and far reaches

We were helping a small organization downsize and helped with moving for three weeks. Toured Pregon on the weekend. This condo was supurb with exception of many steps we never expected because condo number was 166. Happened to check this one day a few days before check in—mansger offeted to carry all our luggage! We were relieved! Would suggest clarifying this in vrbo Better than advertised, very clean and well stocked. Thanks!
