Maison de l'érable champêtre less than 15 minutes from the Côte d'Albâtre

Nestled between the sea and the countryside, L’Érable Champêtre welcomes you to the heart of a charming village in the Cauchois region. The house has been completely renovated and is tastefully furnished with refurbished pieces. It features three bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a large orchard, and access to a beach cabana during the summer months at Grand Sable Beach in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer (76). The owners live nearby and offer a warm, hospitable welcome. Note: Heating costs are extra.
The Maple Tree Cottage is situated in a quaint rural village in the Pays de Caux, just a 15-minute drive from the Normandy beaches of Veules-les-Roses and Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer. The recently renovated 110 m² dormer bungalow has been tastefully decorated and features three bedrooms that can accommodate up to six people. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, as well as a library (including a selection of board games and video games). The dining room features two seating areas, including a custom-made bar designed by a local craftsman, adjacent to the fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, microwave). Two of the three bedrooms are located on the first floor (one with a 140 x 200 cm double bed and the other with two single beds); a walk-in closet, the bathroom (equipped with a washing machine), and a separate toilet are also located on the first floor. A high chair and crib are available upon request. The third bedroom is the spacious master bedroom with a 160 x 200m bed, located on the first floor.
The outdoor space includes a large patio (with garden furniture and a barbecue) that opens onto an extensive lawn (with a ping-pong table) and an orchard, as well as a beautiful maple tree, offering views of the Normandy countryside and the village church.
During the peak summer season, guests can also use a traditional beach hut at the nearby Saint-Aubin-Sur-Mer beach (76), when available. The cottage owners live in the same village and will be happy to recommend local activities, restaurants, and food producers to ensure you have an authentic Pays de Caux experience.

An additional €65 will be charged for a deep cleaning at the end of your stay. Bed linens and towels are available at an additional cost of €7 per person for the duration of your stay. A government tax is also payable upon arrival.
