General comfort and cleanliness was at a good level compared to mid-range hotels I’ve experienced in India before. Staff were very friendly, but whenever I had a question about something with reception they said they would check and call me in my room and they never called. Laundry was arranged for me but was not returned when expected. Breakfast buffet is provided, but if you want any Western style breakfast you’ll need to order the kitchen to cook it, which they are happy to do. Convenient to the nightlife zone of Koromangala.
