The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and a small terrace overlooking the pool, and a second bedroom—larger than the first—with a double bed, a single bed, and a terrace. The living room, featuring a sofa with a chaise lounge and two ergonomic armchairs, can comfortably accommodate up to five people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware. The spacious glass-enclosed terrace can serve as both a dining area with its table and a sun deck with several lounge chairs.
All of this is complemented by air conditioning and high-speed internet.
The building features communal parking, a pool, and a playground.
The pool is open from May through October.

IMPORTANT!!! Although check-in time is at 5:00 p.m., we'll be happy to check you in earlier as long as the apartment is available. Arrivals Monday through Friday after 8:00 p.m., Saturday afternoons, or Sundays incur an extra charge of 40 euros. We do not check in guests after midnight. A security deposit of 200 euros is required via credit card on the day of arrival and will be refunded after checkout.
