The villa is in a very quiet residential area. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum during hours of darkness and siesta.

Wow, what a place to stay. It simply had everything you could wish for and more. The facilities were amazing from the bedrooms to the pool. Access to Benidorm town was just a short walk or if feeling tired simply hop on the number 10 bus. The range of our group was 12 year olds up to 75. . The Villa had everything for all ages. Susan and Nigel were readily available for any information that we required. Thanks again for making our family holiday amazing.

Great location for a villa as did not need a car.The villa it self was a very good size, clean and the pool and outside area was excellent. The only think that was needed was air con in every room, especially the games room.Communication with owners was excellent and they were very helpful.Over all great value for money and would stay again.

Birthday extravaganza

We went away as a group to celebrate lots of birthdays. We wanted to stay all in one place to please ourselves and have a more relaxed holiday than in a hotel. That’s exactly what we got all our party thought it suited our needs, the pool was perfect, plenty of room for us. We were a little way out from where we were going most nights, but we knew that when booking, and relied on taxis everyday, which was a little hit and miss. Otherwise, it was what we all wanted and needed - loved it. Thank you Sue and Nigel

Ideal for our needs.

We wanted a family holiday with 2 autustic children and it was the privacy of the property and the private pool, it appeared to be ideal for our needs and when we arrived it meet all our expectations and requirements. Facilities were excellent and spacious, dmall issue with the pool, but things happens, what is important is it was resolbed quickly and efficiency.

Great location

The villa is lovely and set in a great location. It’s walking distance to bars and restaurants and we often caught the bus which is a short walk away, into the old town. The pool was enjoyed by all and there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The games room was a bit tired and we didn’t spend much time in there. There were a few outdoor areas we found that hadn’t been cleaned and a couple of issues but communication from Sue was very good. Overall we had a lovely holiday.

Wonderful Villa perfect for Large family

We had a wonderful holiday staying at this villa. The pool is lovely, and the Villa is so spacious! We enjoyed walking into Benidorm or took Taxis, which were only about €7. There is also a great bus service . The Villa has everything you need and the Aircon in the bedrooms was a blessing! Communication with The owner Sue was excellent and she responded quickly when we had queries or questions about anything. I would definitely stay again and book with confidence

Clean, spacious, functional villa

Travelled as a family of ten. On arrival to the villa we were totally amazed as the photos dont do it justice. Such a beautiful villa. The guest information was on point and very helpful. Communication with Sue was promptly and very straightforward. And security deposit was returned before we got home. Had a wonderful time and our children just loved the pool. Hope to return again.

Wonderful Host & Property

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The property itself is stunning and was found in immaculate condition. The owner is communicative, polite and extremely responsive. They accommodated an early check-in for us and were prompt in the return of our security deposits. The location is okay, a little far to walk to and from the beach but super accessible via taxi. Our biggest gripe was the poolside neighbor, we were very respectful with noise and hours using the pool but that did not prevent them from complaining several times. At one time the neighbor resorted to profanity and insulted us for no real reason other than using the pool (we were not being loud or did not have any music playing). Whilst this was a negative experience, Susan and Nigel are wonderful hosts and the villa itself is really beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

En general tuvimos una estancia agradable en esta casa de la zona del rincĂłn de Loix, la casa en general es correcta, aunque tiene muchos puntos a mejorar. A continuaciĂłn paso a valorar los puntos positivos y negativos; -Puntos positivos: ubicaciĂłn de la villa, amplitud de la casa, piscina (aunque el agua estaba frĂ­a por las fechas), sofĂĄs de comedor, varias zonas exteriores con mesas y sillas, zona tranquila. -Puntos negativos; limpieza deficiente (habĂ­a ventiladores y climatizadores con mucho polvo). zona de sĂłtano sin ventilaciĂłn, una zona con juegos y mucho potencial, punto fuerte a priori de la casa, se ha convertido en inhabitable, debido a las humedades de la sala por la nula ventilaciĂłn. La casa en general tampoco estaba ventilada y olĂ­a humedad (algunas ventanas de habitaciones no se podĂ­an abrir para ventilar correctamente por la rotura de las cerraduras de seguridad que tenĂ­an) -Colchones de mĂĄs de 20 años, blandos, muy incĂłmodos para dormir, una de las camas incluso estaba inclinada por el somier. Almohadas de la misma antigĂŒedad, muy finas, como sino existiera almohada. (esto es lo peor de la casa, no se puede admitir que por el precio abonado, las camas sean tan deficientes). -Menaje de la cocina deficiente (la cafetera no funcionaba). En las condiciones actuales de la casa no volverĂ­amos a repetir la experiencia. sirva la presente crĂ­tica para que VRBO exija unas condiciones mĂ­nimas de calidad los Propietarios de las casas. Gracias.

Fabulous Villa!

Ons verblijf viel heel erg tegen. De ruimte beneden konden we niet gebruiken vanwege de stank. Het rook naar schimmel en verf.We hebben de woning uitgekozen vanwege deze ruimte omdat we twee tiener jongens hebben die van tafelvoetbal en pool houden. De woning was helaas ook niet echt schoon.De communicatie verliep niet prettig vanwege een eerder onenigheid met de eigenaresse. De ligging is perfect en het huis is ook ruim zat. Helaas niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Brilliant villa , brilliant location lovely time had by all the family, bigger than it looks plenty of space there was 9 of us but all had our own space when we wanted lovely sized pool and plenty of outside seating and sunbathing areas really enjoyed it will definately think about booking in the future , any information needed owner's we're in touch straight away loved it , 5 stars 🌟 amazing !!!

Beautiful villa, better than photos

The photos don’t do this villa justice. Bigger than the photos show. Very easy to arrange staying here, the owners are lovely and answered all my questions quickly and in full. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone! Villa is a short taxi ride away from the main strip so lovely and clean and quiet on an evening! Many rooms, a balcony, games room (which we sadly didn’t utilise) pool was lovely and again, larger than photos. Lots of information in the folder left for guests including taxi numbers etc. wonderful! 10/10

Very look location, close enought to walk to the hustle and bustle. But far enough to be away from it, that if you want to relax you can. Simple and easy communication with the owners. Would use again.
