Urbanisation designed for the enjoyment of our guests, featuring an infinity pool with a shallow area bar, surrounded by natural grass with sunbeds, solarium area and communal showers. Heated outdoor swimming pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the sunbed and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Outdoor children's play area, children's park, children's climbing wall, paddle court, tennis court, ping pong tables, football pitch and basketball court.



It has a lift, 24 m² terrace, ironing board, high-speed internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, garage in the same building, 2 Televisions (Smart TV)

The kitchen with island, induction, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.

- An amount of 200€ is retained as a deposit by credit/debit card retention or cash alternatively.

These were the best apartments we have ever stayed in. Better that photo. Present delicious rose wine and sweets. Clean, in perfect condition. Comfortable bed. Ubicación, vistas, terraza, piscina y zonas comunes. El baño de la suite con panel transparente, donde el que se ducha o se sienta en el wc se puede ver desde la terraza (si no bajas el estor) y desde la cama, es gracioso, pero incómodo para ir un grupo de amigos, o para una pareja con poca confianza. Y si enciendes la luz del baño se ilumina la habitación entera.

Moderno alojamiento, muy bien equipado, muy luminoso, excelente ubicación. Hemos estado 5 personas, muy cómodos. No hemos echado nada en falta. La cocina muy bien. Muy bien el alojamiento y muy bien las instalaciones generales. Las piscinas de primera, y sin ningún agobio de gente, con tumbonas y zona de césped. Bar en la piscina. Pistas de deporte. Buena plaza de aparcamiento en sótano, el coche a la sombra todas las vacaciones. Se ve que son edificios nuevos y está todo en muy buen estado. La zona está muy bien, accedes a la playa, muy tranquila, en 4 minutos andando, hay vida en la calle, tienes supermercado a 5 minutos, y aún así, es muy tranquilo. Si quieres jaleo y bullicio, en 20 minutos te plantas en el centro. Si buscas más tranquilidad, no hace falta que te muevas de la zona. Por cierto, amplia terraza con sombra casi todo el día. Haces más vida en la terraza que dentro del piso. Comer y cenar viendo el mar. Hay obras cerca del bloque, al lado, lo que nunca es agradable, si embargo no es una molestia. Para nosotros ha sido insignificante. En esa zona de poniente hay bastante bloque en construcción. Aun y todo, hay alguna cosa que podría mejorarse. La cama del matrimonio principal es blanda. Esto es para gustos, pero la sensación es que te hundes bastante. No nos ha impedido dormir bien. El resto de camas, muy bien. Es un piso con un sistema de aire acondicionado por habitaciones. Puedes regular cada una de forma individual, lo que es una maravilla, ahora bien, en nuestro caso una de las habitaciones pequeñas no respondía bien al termostato, o no hemos sabido usarlo, y estaba siempre bastante más fría que las demás. Ya se comentó en la oficina a ver si lo pueden mirar. No sería malo hacer un pequeño manual de uso del sistema, ya que si eres poco dado a enredar en estas cosas, puede ser un poco lioso. Las televisiones. Dos y de tamaño generoso. Nosotros apenas las hemos usado. La grande del salón es algo más sencilla de manejar, pero la del dormitorio principal no hemos conseguido ver un canal de televisión. Es una tontería, pero si alguien cuenta con ver la tele en la cama, igual no lo consigue. En alguna reseña había leído que es un apartamento un tanto trillado, y me lo esperaba algo peor. Es cierto que se ven marcas de uso, las paredes son blancas y cualquier toque de una maleta se ve, hay una manilla rota en una puerta,… pero creo que son detalles muy pequeños y esperables en un alojamiento con tanta rotación

Muy buena atención por parte de BenidormBooking. El apartamento 10/10, totalmente fiel a las fotos. A destacar las vistas, la cercanía a la playa y las instalaciones de la urbanización. Ya hemos reservado apartamentos en 4 ocasiones con BenidormBooking y, a diferencia de otras agencias, no recompensan la fidelidad con algún descuento o ventaja para futuras estancias. El día de llegada nuestra plaza de parking estaba ocupada por otro vecino, pero la agencia nos proporcionó otra plaza para esa noche. En el apartamento había bastantes hormigas, pero tampoco era nada insoportable, pero se debería de intentar solucionar el problema porque para algunas personas podría resultar molesto.

Spacious, clean property with amazing views and a large balcony to enjoy them. In an excellent location being close to the beach, there’s also a pool, hot tub and jacuzzi, with a bar. All the facilities you need, although couldn’t find the hairdryer? Would highly recommend this place.

Vraiment tout était neuf, une décoration soignée même si c'était minimaliste, aucune faute de goût. Des équipements ultra moderne avec de la domotique dans tout l&#39appartement, une vue incroyable sur la plage sans aucun vis à vis. La literie de la chambre principale hyper confortable avec un matelas à mémoire de forme, une salle de douche immense et laissant apercevoir la mer au loin lorsque vous prenez votre douche un vrai bonheur. Une terrasse immense permettant de prendre les repas à l&#39abri. Vous disposez d&#39une machine à laver bien appréciable Et le plus de la résidence une piscine et 2 jacuzzis chauffés en plein hiver, un réel bonheur et c&#39est rare que la température des piscines soient aussi élevée dans une résidence, c&#39est un vrai plus Il y a trop peu d&#39assiettes et pratiquement pas de verres à pied, dommage car si vous êtes 6 personnes vous êtes contraints de faire tourner le lave vaisselle à chaque repas, ce qui n&#39est pas écologique et surtout pas pratique, il serait bon que les propriétaires investissent dans la vaisselle, il s&#39y retrouveraient financièrement. Pas de parasol sur la terrasse ni store, l'été la terrasse doit être impraticable, dommage car c&#39est le point fort de l&#39appartement. Les serviettes de toilettes sont de très mauvaise qualité et trop petite, avec un tel niveau de résidence c&#39est dommage et cela ne correspond pas au standing Il manque des serviettes de piscines et même des peignoirs, surtout pour les locations en hiver, car descendre pour la piscine ou le jaccuzy sans peignoirs ou grande serviette est impensable, car vous devez reprendre l&#39acsenceur pour rejoindre l&#39appartement??? Enfin devoir récupérer les clés à l&#39autre bout de la ville est inadmissible et surtout il manque cruellement des informations pour trouver l&#39agence qui gère la location. Pour finir rejoindre le parking de la résidence est compliqué car il n&#39y a que des sens interdits et l&#39adresse donnée par l&#39agence est fausse, cela correspond à l&#39entrée de la résidence à pied, mais pour le parking il faut faire le tour par en haut et aucune indication n&#39est fournie

Los edificios y la urbanización muy bonitos, el apartamento precioso y con una terraza fabulosa. Las camas enormes y cómodas. El baño principal muy espacioso, aunque lo de la pared de cristal un tanto absurdo. Las habitaciones bien insonorizadas. Los ascensores muy rápidos. La gestión es bastante deficiente, el lavavajillas está roto, además de sin abrillantador y sin sal para lavar a mano había un sobresito para dos platos muy poca vajilla y constantemente hay que estar fregandola cubiertos sucios las puertas de los muebles de cocina y del baño con refregones horrorosos (que algunos siguen....) sin instrucciones para poner la calefacción papel higiénico poco y de calidad pésima la mesa de comedor medio rota y con muchas manchas y sin un material que tapara aquella porquería....

UN RESORT A TU AIRE

Descubrimos este maravilloso alojamiento durante un paseo por la playa de poniente en nuestras vacaciones en junio. La arquitectura del complejo llama muchísimo la atención e incluso le han puesto el apodo de &quotLas Velas ". El acceso es muy fácil a través de la entrada por poniente. Lo que más nos gustó fueron las vistas del mar desde muchos lugares del apartamento ( cama, ducha, salón, cocina y terraza), así como su luz natural. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el minuto uno. Decoración exquisita y sencilla. Comodidad de las camas. Smart TV de gran tamaño tanto en salón como habitación. . Capacidad de almacenaje tanto en cocina como en dormitorios, con armarios muy grandes. Baños completos con secador de pelo. No dispone de amenities. El salón tiene cortinas tipo store automatizados, con unas jardineras de plantas naturales ( tuya y uña de gato) exterior en el lateral del salón que le dan un encanto muy especial. Desde la cocina puedes apreciar vistas hacia la zona de levante y desde el salón y terraza, levante y poniente. Es como si te encontrases en un hotel de 5 estrellas Resort. Dispone de 3 piscinas, una de ellas con cascada infinita, otra de niños y otra climatizada exterior. 3 jacuzzis. Pista de Tenis, Baloncesto, pádel, ping pong, pista petanca, gimnasio, mesas de ajedrez, y rocódromo. Fue imposible disfrutar de todo en las 5 noches que estuvimos. Cercanía a la playa de poniente , a 300 metros. Dispone también de plaza de garaje cubierta Terraza amplia con zona de comedor, y de descanso con 2 butacas. Incluye electrodomésticos en cocina como placa de inducción, cafetera dolce gusto , tostadora y lavavajillas, así como los habituales , como nevera y lavadora. Los anfitriones te dejan un kit de lavado, con salva uñas, paño de cocina, bayeta y líquidos y pastillas de lavavajillas. Os recomiendo desayunar en la terraza con las vistas espectaculares. Hay dos supermercados cerca, uno subiendo la calle y otro yendo por el paseo marítimo a 5 minutos. Tener que irnos el 6º día.
