Villa Mama is a modern villa located in the quiet urbanization of Montemar, on the coast of Benissa. Enjoy wide views of the typical landscape and urbanization of the Mediterranean coast. Just a 10-minute drive to the incomparable coastal town of Moraira, where you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops, along with incredible sandy beaches and a wide variety of water activities for the more adventurous.
Villa Mama is located a five-minute drive from shops, bars, restaurants and the famous coves of Baladrar and del Abogat, located on the Benissa coast, halfway between Calpe and Moraira. This villa is divided into two independent houses. Stairs lead down from the car park to the large private pool terrace, with hammocks, outdoor furniture, barbecue and a shaded outdoor dining area. Entrance to the first floor from the parking, via stairs, to a large living room with SAT + TV and dining room with a fully equipped open modern kitchen.
There are two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, sharing a shower, toilet and washing machine. External stairs lead to the second-floor apartment, at pool level, with a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, both with air conditioning and a bathroom. We also find a small kitchen and living/dining room with a TV. The villa is surrounded by small garden terraces with palm trees, typical of the Mediterranean area.
Welcome to Rovila, located just 5-minute walk from the beautiful La Fustera beach on the coast of Benissa on the Costa Blanca. Also 1 km away we find Cala Basetes with a small marina where you can enjoy various water activities such as diving excursions, kayak or pedal boat rentals and much more. The villa is located on the edge of the road that connects Calpe and Moraira, which means you can hear the traffic in the accommodation. Although, the positive thing is that there are several restaurants and a supermarket just 50 meters away. If you are looking for a car-free holiday, this villa is a very good option.
Villa Rovila is located 4 km from the center of Calpe and 8 km from the coastal town of Moraira. The town center of Benissa is 10 km away. The exterior entrance offers the possibility of parking 3 cars, from where we access a spacious terrace located at the level of the private pool, with sun loungers, several spaces to enjoy the sun and a built-in barbecue in the rear of the villa. The entire accommodation is located on the upper floor. The lower floor remains closed and empty during the rental period.
External stairs go up directly from the parking lot to the entrance of the accommodation and to a large balcony with a dining table, which leads to a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+A/C. We access from the living room to a fully equipped kitchen and continue to 2 bedrooms with single beds and A/C, which share a bathroom and where you can find the washing machine. Finally, we find the third bedroom with a double bed + A/C and an en-suite bathroom.
