Samina is a modern and spacious villa perfectly situated to offer both peace and easy access to everything you need. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, it provides a high degree of privacy and a relaxed atmosphere. Just a short 500-meter stroll will take you to the Pepe la Sal shopping center, which is surrounded by a wide variety of excellent restaurants. For beach lovers, the stunning coves and beaches of the Benissa coast are only a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, the lively center of Moraira, with its extensive array of restaurants, bars, and water sports, is just 4 kilometers from your doorstep.

Step outside into your own private oasis. The villa’s outdoor space is a haven for relaxation and fun, with a large, south-facing private pool and an expansive terrace equipped with sun loungers. A ping-pong table provides entertainment for all ages, while the exotic garden creates a serene backdrop for the pleasant barbecue area. As evening approaches, the south orientation of the villa allows you to enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset.

The interior of the villa is designed for comfort and convenience, with two connected levels accessible by both an external and internal spiral staircase.
