Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub in Kroatien braucht. Der Garten- und Poolbereich ist sehr schön und durchdacht angelegt, so dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Der Vermieter und sein Vater wohnen direkt neben dem Haus, sind sehr herzlich und kümmern sich hervorragend um ihre Gäste. Einziges kleines Manko ist die Lage des Hauses. Man muss zum Einkaufen-Bäcker mind. 10 Minuten über schlechte und z. T. enge Straßen fahren, was für uns im Urlaubsmodus jedoch kein Problem war. Wir werden dort bestimmt nochmal Urlaub machen.

Vorweg : Josip, wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die freundliche Aufnahme in Deinem Feri

Vorweg : Josip, wir bedanken uns nochmals ganz herzlich für die freundliche Aufnahme in Deinem Ferienhaus, die zuvorkommende Betreuung während unseres Aufenthaltes und nicht zuletzt für die Naturprodukte aus eigener Erzeugung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden uns ganz sicher wieder sehen. Herzlichen Dank. Wir haben das Ferienhaus für ca. 14 Tage gebucht. Für uns vier Erwachsene ( Eltern und zwei Kinder ) und Spike ( unserem Vierbeiner ) war wichtig, dass jeder seinen eigenen Bereich ( Schlafraum und Sanitär ) bekommt. Das war alles gegeben. Küche, Ess- u. Wohnbereich sind großzügig dimensioniert, mit direkten Zugang zum großen Pool oder Außenbereich mit Grill und Sitzgarnitur. Ein weiterer Raum ist mit einem Billardtisch und Dartscheibe ausgestattet. Das haben wir in den Abendstunden oder auch zwischen den Poolzeiten gern genutzt. Ein Laufband ist ebenfalls in diesem Raum vorhanden. Das gesamte Grundstück ist komplett eingefasst. Unser Hund konnte sich jederzeit, ohne das wir uns speziell um ihn kümmern mussten, frei bewegen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer kleineren Ortschaft, etwas abgelegen, aber prima für jeden , der nicht die üblichen T-Meilen bevorzugt. Wir hatten dieses Ferienhaus unter diesem Aspekt gewählt, weil es zentral zu den für uns wichtigsten Zielen Städten/Sehenswürdigkeiten/Meer liegt. Für die Grundversorgung wie Einkauf/Tanken/Restaurant usw. ist die nächst größere Stadt Biograd ca. 25 Minuten entfernt. Zusammenfassend war es für uns vier Personen passend und eine gute Entscheidung. Abschließend möchten wir dieses Ferienhaus und im speziellen den Vermieter, sehr gern weiter empfehlen.
