The beautiful Villa Jokić Dvori is the right destination for a quiet family vacation. The villa is located in the settlement Islam Grčki in the Zadar County. Islam Grčki is located in Ravni Kotari - the most fertile part of the Dalmatian coast. It is 3 km from the sea and 20 km from the city of Zadar. This beautiful villa offers you the opportunity to rest from the busy life in the rural part of the Croatian coast. The villa itself exudes rural charm due to its stone construction and the 100-year-old closed stone complex - which offers you complete privacy, while the interior of the villa offers you all the conveniences of modern life. The plot of the villa has 700 m2, and the villa itself covers 264 m2 of that.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. It is perfect for families with children. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all facilities for a pleasant stay. It has two living rooms, one of which has an indoor wood-burning fireplace. In the fenced stone yard, there is a beautiful outdoor pool of 32 m2 with sun lounges, an outdoor summer kitchen with a barbecue and a covered terrace with garden furniture. Our youngest visitors will enjoy a lot of activities such as a children's playground with a trampoline, a slide and swings, as well as a table for table tennis, PlayStation 4 and board games.
