This beautiful villa will amaze you at first sight. It is located in a small village Radašinovci which belongs to the municipality of Benkovac. Away from everyone with only a few neighbors provides complete privacy and relaxation. If you love open-plan living, this is the holiday home for you. This villa is completely new and offers very good prices since it has just entered the market.



Villa Nebesi consists of open plan living room and kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms, each one with its own private bathroom. Once inside this whitewashed, contemporary villa, you’ll instantly get a sense of space and light. The emphasis in the interior is on a hanging chair that is placed conveniently in the living room and on a chess corner as a nice addition to this open plan space. From the living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the bright bedrooms, which are boldly minimalist, it’s a great space to enjoy with family and friends.



The outdoor space with its layout also invites you for enjoyment. The central position of the pool surrounded by sun loungers fits perfectly into the spatial plan of this courtyard. The pool is surrounded by a children’s playground, and a summer kitchen with a barbecue and a covered dining area. Summer kitchen offers one more bathroom and separate toilet. There is also a lounge area by the pool for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is also a jacuzzi for additional enjoyment.

Peace and Quiet

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nebesi. The property is very modern and was very clean and well kept. The views are stunning and the pool warm and inviting The best feature was the location, as long as you are after peace and quiet. All you could hear was the occasional cockerel or tractor going past. That said, it was close to the sea and shops. We particularly enjoyed visiting the viewpoint at Kamenjak - less than 10 minutes drive. The spectacular waterfalls at KRKA National Park are also a short drive away If it’s peace and quiet with a modern twist that your after this is the place for you.
