Fisherman's house from the 1930s fully renovated with views of the mouth of the Odet and Sainte Marine's hold, quietly located in the marina area, close to shops, boat departures for the descent of the Odet and glénan islands, 600 meters from the casino and the large beach.

Beautifully presented and well equipped gite

We had a lovely week staying in Kercreven in Benodet. The house is just perfect and the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need for a really comfortable stay. The separate accommodation down the garden was ideal for us while our son and family occupied the bedrooms in the main house. The interiors are amazingly well presented and comfortable.The property is also well positioned in the charming little town of Bénodet with supermarket, shops and beaches within easy walking distance. An absolute gem of a place!

The house is ideally situated near to the port. There are lovely walks, sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and boat trips all within minutes of the house. We anticipate many return visits.

Excellent séjour. Décoration “côté ouest” de la maison. Compte tenu des nombreux objets décoratifs, je recommande ce séjour pour des adultes plutôt que des petits enfants.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cette magnifique maison proche de la plage !La maison et son annexe sont équipées avec soin et goût. Il y a de l'espace, les équipements nécessaires, un superbe jardin. Les chambres avec salle de bains privatives sont dignes d'un hôtel.L'hôte est très réactif et sympathique.Je recommande ce logement et espère y revenir à l'avenir !

Maisons pleines de charme

Les 2 maisons présentent une très belle décoration chaleureuse, de beaux matériaux, une cuisine très bien et joliement équipée dans la maison principale. C'est un endroit chaleureux et cocooning .Tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être dans la maison ( 1 sdb très cosy par chambre : les hôtels 4 étoiles n'ont rien à leur envier). Le jardin est à l'image de l'intérieur : très bien aménagé et zen. En hiver le préau fait office de jardin d'hiver : On peut s'asseoir, s'abriter, farnienter et sentir le vent dans les palmiers.Bref un très agréable séjour chez Patrice (très sympathique, généreux , confiant et réactif) : la maison est tout près de la rive de l'Odet pour rejoindre la mer à pied.

Quel bonheur !

Quelle merveille cette maison, on la dirait tout droit sortie du magasine Côté Ouest. Très bel accueil du propriétaire. Tout y est raffiné, si bien décoré, le jardin est un véritable écrin. Il ne manque rien, jolie vaisselle literie excellente. Situation parfaite avec sa vue sur l’Odet C’est une adresse a conserver. Nous reviendrons, a recommander chaudement .

Que du Bonheur !Nous gardons

Nous gardons un tres bon souvenir de notre sejour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le bon gout de la decoration qui procure a cette maison un charme particulier et qui donne l"envie de prolonger le sejour. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce séjour. Le gîte est très bien situé, très bien entretenu, très bien équipé. La maison dégage de bonnes ondes! Nous nous sentions chez nous dans un petit cocon familial. Le fait de proposer un espace douche ou salle de bains pour chaque chambre a été le super plus pour tous petits et grands. Je recommande vivement .

Superbe : un séjour de rêve dans cette jolie maison

La maison est très jolie et cosy, mais aussi fonctionnelle, d’une propreté irréprochable et idéalement située (on peut tout faire à pied). Le jardin est également très accueillant et bien équipé. On sent que chaque détail a été pensé pour un séjour agréable : éclairage, literie d’excellente qualité, jolie vaisselle. On voit que le propriétaire a tout mis en œuvre pour que le séjour des locataires soit agréable. Par ailleurs il est vraiment très sympa : ainsi, par exemple, nous sommes arrivés en retard par rapport à notre plan de route initial car nous avions un long trajet et nous avons été retardés et le propriétaire s’est montré très compréhensif et d’une extrême gentillesse lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son accueil car nous étions gênés d’arriver en retard. C’est une location que je recommande vivement.

Un séjour parfait !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison bleue où rien ne manque et où la la décoration a été réalisée avec goût. Notre hôte a tout mis en oeuvre pour que nous nous sentions "comme chez nous". La maison est située à deux pas des sentiers de randonnées et des commerces.

Excellent Séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et donne de bons conseils. La décoration est très jolie et soignée. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Tout est beau, c'est un réel plaisir. On s'y sent bien, notamment avec un bon feu de cheminée en fin de journée. Que dire à part, que nous n'avions pas envie de quitter ce cocon et que n'avons qu'une hâte c'est de revenir aux beaux jours pour cette fois profiter du très beau jardin.

Absolument parfait

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine (trop court !) dans cette maison tellement agréable ! Tout est parfait ! La situation d’abord : au calme, à deux pas vraiment de l’embarcadère d’où la vue sur la mer et l’Odet est magnifique, petite plage abritée à 5-10 minutes à pied, grande plage à 10-15 minutes. Le propriétaire, très sympathique, a veillé à faire de cette maison un lieu où l’on se sent tout de suite chez soi (plein de détails qui le prouve). La maison principale et l’annexe, extérieurement très jolies (restauration très réussie), sont séparées par un jardin soigné, bien protégé et dépaysant, très bien équipé pour des repas, le repos, au soleil ou à l’ombre, et joliment éclairé la nuit. L’intérieur est très confortable (lits excellents !) et chaleureux, décoré avec goût. Vraiment un coup de cœur pour nous ! Merci beaucoup.
