We do not offer breakfast, nor is that posted anywhere on our Bio, website, or page listing. The lower ratings for this is damaging to us and does not accurately reflect the guest experience. We do offer a discount at the New Park Gastropub downtown, and stay tuned for some new amenities in the coming seasons! Coffee & Tea are offered daily. The hot Tubs are brand new outdoor additions that were just dropped off that we have not had prior. We do have 2 heated pools and a sauna as well, in addition to the entertainment and fitness centers.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy but everything had a dingy feel to it - especially outdoors. The blinds covering our window were missing 4 slats. We noticed shortly after 10pm and staff was gone for the evening so we had to prop some clothes on the windowsill and hang a towel to cover the window. I brought it up when checking out but the receptionist wasn’t concerned at all.

Few things that where advertised was available , no breakfast or coffee, hot tub closed, no maid services. Bathroom sink a very small pedestal sink no place to put toothbrush, bag . No view of lake, no receipt given. Bed was hard as a rock, staff was nice .

We got there to check in and there was a power outage in the area until 4 am and we were unable to stay at all or use any of the room amenities. We lost our money and groceries that we purchased. Horrible circumstance.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lake Bluff! It felt a little like stepping back in time (we didn’t have much cell service, which was actually quite wonderful & just what we needed) & the inn is definitely not modern, but is clean & comfortable. This inn is quaint, charming & boasts the most incredible sunsets!! We recommend to anyone looking for a cozy Lake Michigan getaway!

The room was outdated, hair in the bath tub, single lock with a key that anyone could of made a copy of. The free breakfast was great if you did have food allergies! Not impressed!!
