Lake Breeze is located on Lake Michigan, with direct access to your private beach in your backyard! There is a very surprising amount of space in this two-bedroom charmer. You will love this very large and open kitchen, featuring an industrial stove, and brand new stainless fridge. Other common elements of the home are the large living room with fireplace and the adjacent sunroom. There is a nice dining area with ample seating, plus a couple of easy chairs to take advantage of the lake views. The master bedroom has the king bed, also on the Lake side, and the second bedroom has the full and a twin together. Additionally, there is a 12x40x3.5 foot deep lap pool (open Memorial Day-Sep 18th) and a lovely deck area. Located in Lakeside, on Lake Michigan.

**All Guests required to sign and return our Guest Occupancy Agreement.

**Minimum age of 25 years old to rent.

**Maximum two car parking.

Great Location

A little eclectic gem. Access to private beach was great. And, having heated swimming pool on-site for another option kept my toddler busy. The property feels private. Considering renting again when kids are a little older or more adult hands to help. Not baby friendly for a crawling 7 month old (and didn’t necessarily expect it to be).

Lovely property. Excellent amenities. Communication with the Management Company was very easy. We brought our one year old daughter who had the time of her life at the beach. I hope to book this property again!

The property was perfect and clean. Great location and beautiful view of the lake (and even Chicago skyline from a distance). Beach access right from the house. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay here in Lakeside. The location is unbeatable, the beach glass was plenty, and the heated pool was perfect! We were already planning our next stay before we checked out!

lovely location. neighbors at Lats can be noisey. living room family room furniture is not comfortable. other than these things it is charming and close to stuff.

My wife and I along with our two dogs spent Thanksgiving Holiday. Great kitchen with vintage Wolf gas stove. Enjoyed reading in day room which overlooks the bluff and lake. We enjoyed the privacy and direct access to the beach. You will need to walk down about 60 aluminum steps and then it's short walk to beach front from there but not a big deal. We enjoyed listening to the waves breaking the shore line. We captured some beautiful moon shots during the pre-sunrise hours. Great sunset views as well but it's better to walk down to beach. We hope to make a new Thanksgiving tradition and return.

Beautiful location, very clean and spacious

This was a perfect getaway for a small family. The house was neat and and bright, the pool was warm and clean, there were games for the kids, plenty of towels, lots of space to cook and eat breakfast, and lots of places to relax. The private path to the beach was a very very long staircase, but there were two benches if you were to get tired. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, powdered dish soap (you only get one packet and that is for checkout) and possibly cone coffee filters (the machine was cone but the filters were basket). The only con was that getting ready to checkout takes a while and is set at 10 am. Guests must strip the beds, place sheets in the laundry room, and start a load of towels, But the washer and drier is in a basement, accessed only from outside down some grubby stairs (because they are outside of course). FYI - The light switch is ceiling level by the door. Trash receptacles are a good walk down the driveway.
