Welcome to the hippest mid century mod jungalow for the cool cats ready to tear up the Bentonville biking trails! Located right off of Downtown with plenty of fine-dining, live entertainment and world renowned art collections, plus a quick ride around the corner will get you to the Park Springs Trail Head. From morning coffee in the sunroom to an evening barbecue in the backyard, our spacious property offers endless possibilities for creating a haven of relaxation and joy here in Northwest AR.

Centrally located a few blocks away from Downtown Bentonville, a vibrant business district offering an array of specialty shops, brewpubs, and laid-back eateries among its public art-filled, tree-lined streets. It’s home to Walmart’s world headquarters and the Walmart Museum, as well as the modern Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, the neighboring Frank Lloyd Wright’s Bachman-Wilson House, and the Scott Family Amazeum Children’s Museum.

Ready to enjoy the Mountain Biking Capital of the World? An array of biking and hiking trails are steps away from the Jungalow. Grab a cup of java at Airship Coffee at the Pumphouse located on the Zeppelin Trail before heading out for the day just 1/2 mile loop from the front door. There's so much to see and do at the Jungalow.

Blue Jungalow Bentonville is a 3,110 sqft, two level home with a large dining and sun room for entertaining, cozy living space with fireplace, two primary en suite bedrooms and a large fenced in outdoor space with a 2 separate fire pits, Grill and BBQ to enjoy. Our property boasts 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 half bath, a hidden bunk room and more! To accommodate 16+ people, we have additional queen air mattresses for 1 or 2 people each!!!

Incredible for Hosting

We had our wedding ceremony at Cooper Chapel in Bella Vista and since we are from out of town, we wanted a relaxing and casual but beautiful place to host dinner, desserts, and hangout with family and friends afterwards but a non-negotiable was that our dog must be able to be there as well. After discussing this with the hosts and they approved our request to host here, it was a no-brainer to book this rental! Every detail of the home was gorgeous and so well thought out. They had anything and everything you could think of - from cornhole boards and bags to high quality shampoo/conditioner, towels and linens were well stocked, decor was beautiful, and they were willing to let us rearrange anything necessary to accommodate for our event. Pricing was more than reasonable for the size of the property and how many people it can fit. If we ever need a large place to stay in NWA - we will absolutely be back here and I will be recommending this to other brides who are looking for a similar vibe in NWA. Thank you for making this such an incredible experience!!!

This property is as advertised. Very nice and in a great location. It had everything we needed as a family. Communication with our host was excellent and their app was super helpful. I would highly recommend this place for your next trip to NW Arkansas.

Family Christmas

This was perfect! The kitchen was well stocked with so many extra enmities as well as the rooms. The theme was fun and the 3 full baths were great for each of our each of our families to have their own bath room. The fire pit was a highlight for our grandchildren for roasting s'mores. We would definitely Recommend!

Great location, awesome for families

Birthday at the bungalow

We had such an amazing time during our stay. We were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. We invited 10 of our closest friends and everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. We all loved the sheets as well. The decor is so cool and the patio was perfect for our afternoon and evening hang times. We hired Kevin McCombs to cook us a private meal at the house. It was delicious and the perfect memory for this event. Highly recommend!!! Everything was perfect! Thank you!
