Beautifully decorated, ultra-comfortable over-the-garage apartment. Centrally located so that there is a lot that is walkable. So many wonderful extras and small touches provided by the host (nice shower products, excellent coffee, small snacks, bluetooth speaker to use, etc) made our stay extra special. Highly recommend for a great Bentonville getaway!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The community is charming and a short walk to downtown. We brought our bicycles and were able to take a ride on one of the many trails offered in Bentonville. CLEAN! Great location, fantastic customer service, comfortable beds, fully stocked with anything you might need, quiet! This is an absolute must stay and if we return we’ll definitely stay here again. By far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed in which for us is most important. The beds are comfortable and location is ideal. You can walk to the downtown square where you can rent bikes, shop, eat and can get to the Walmart market store for any necessities. Thank you for offering such a neat place to stay while visiting Bentonville.

I travel quite a bit and this is hands-down the best short term rental I’ve stayed at! From the moment I booked, the owner was in contact with me to offer assistance and answer literally any question I had. Check in was a breeze and the place was perfect! It felt like I was staying at my cool friend’s place—it’s immaculately yet comfortably decorated, super organized and well stocked without feeling like you’re in a hotel or like you’re intruding on anyone’s personal space. An easy walk to the square with well lit streets, which was huge for a solo traveler. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and there were wonderful touches throughout the space, like lots of great lighting and a nice big closet area where I could sort through my stuff but then slide the door closed and not have to see my suitcase. I was so happy with my stay and will definitely book this next time I’m in town!
