Our newly built home is located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to the XNA airport and all Bentonville has to offer! Our home has a 2-car garage perfect for bike storage (our wall-mounted bike mount is available for all guest use) or to park cars.



Inside, you'll enjoy our bright, open concept living room and kitchen. Our living room is the perfect setting for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on our large Smart TV or playing foosball with the kids. Our kitchen features stunning granite countertops and bar seating plus all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking and making that perfect cup of coffee. On one end of the kitchen, you'll find our 6-person dining table with direct access to the porch.



At the end of the day, choose from one of our three private bedrooms:

(1) Our King bedroom complete with a closet, dresser, 55-inch Roku TV and en suite bath with shower and jacuzzi tub.

(2) Our first Queen bedroom complete with a closet, 43-inch Roku TV, blackout curtains and nearby bathroom.

(3) Our second Queen bedroom has a closet, blackout curtains and nearby bathroom.



Through a sliding glass door off the dining room, you'll find an outdoor seating area complete with a bench, two chairs and a table. Here, you'll also have access to a doggy door leading out to our fenced in backyard and seasonally blooming garden boxes.



Hop in the car or on your bike for a quick ride to all Bentonville has to offer! Make sure to bring your mountain bike to enjoy the extensive MTB trail system.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
