Sylvie and her husband have used their own travel experiences to ensure that their guests have everything a traveller needs. The location is excellent for visiting the landmarks of Normandy. The hotel and its grounds are immaculate and the hotel rooms are individually decorated and have beds and linens to die for. Everything you need to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet has been considered. Booking this hotel for just a single night as a stop over on our drive south was a necessity for us but we will return for a longer stay.

Excellent place to stay if visiting Normandy

Super clean and comfortable. Five star quality of linen and bedding. The host was very friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with our itinerary and provided recommendations. Also helped with some French communication as we do not speak French and had to respond to some messages that were in French. The breakfast was excellent. Being light breakfast eaters, we felt the breakfast was a bit pricey. Besides that it was amazing. I would strongly recommend this place.

Perfect stay!

This was a special break for us (big birthday and also our anniversary!) so it was extra special for us to find this amazing place. The owners were so incredibly friendly and helpful and we had absolutely everything we needed. Often, there is perhaps one thing you wish was different but at this hotel, everything was perfect from the giant bed, beautiful views, spotlessly clean bathroom and delicious breakfast. The hotel has been recently acquired and renovated to an exceptional standard and we wish we could have stayed much longer! It offered a very good base for us to explore the area of Normandy and I recommend anyone should stay here!

100% recommend! Sylvie & Damien went above and beyond! They are some of the sweetest people we have ever met! The story of their place is remarkable! They did an amazing job renovating this property- check out their Instagram page! They recommended dinner for us and made our reservations- it did not disappoint. They also made recommendations for us in the area to add to our itinerary. We went on an early morning bicycle ride (they have bicycles available) around the area- cannot recommend doing this enough. The breakfast was also delicious! We were sorry our stay was short because we didn’t want to leave. The place is immaculately clean and they made our stay so comfortable and welcoming!

The place is spectacular! We came to France to explore the Normandy area and wanted a stay that was away from hustle and bustle. This place was perfect for us! Beauty both on the inside and outside. Our stay was so special. We immediately felt welcomed and after our four night stay we felt like friends. Damien and Sylvia are the most generous and kind hosts. They made delicious homemade breakfasts and dinners for us, they gave us a ride to the sea and back and they were willing to grant any wish we had. The outdoor spa was very relaxing and beautiful. Each day I enjoyed a walk out in the gardens. If you are looking for an out of the ordinary, special, beautiful and amazing place to stay this would be it! Once you get there, you will fall in love with the place!
