A lovely hotel with amazing views!

A beautiful hotel with stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and the hotel had a lovely cabin vibe to it. I would say the interior definitely needs a refurbishment as it’s very dated, also air conditioning would be amazing as it’s so hot in the summer. Although dated, it does give it some charm. Overall a good stay!

Freundlich schöne Aussicht, aber nicht noch einmal

16.2.25 wir reisten Freitags an. Begrüßt wurden wir freundlich in Englisch. Das erste was am Abend auffiel waren Bauarbeiten zwei Zimmer weiter. Diese endeten nach ca 1 Stunde Baulärm. Anschließend testeten wir den Fernseher der für den ersten Abend dann auch ausfiel da kein Programm rein kam. Am ersten morgen stellten wir fest, dass das Bett ausreichend bequem war. Auch die gesamte Einrichtung in dem Zimmer war zusammengewürfelt und abgelebt. Im Bad schloß die Tür nicht richtig, ein Schlüssel war auch nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war frisch, klein und kompakt. Anschließend fuhren wir für ca 5 Stunden nach Berchtesgaden da fußläufig aufgrund der Jahreszeit kein Restaurant zur Verfügung stand. Zudem wollten wir auch etwas Landschaft sehen und keinen Parkplatz und Baucontainer vor dem Zimmerfenster. Nachmittags zurück im Hotel wollten wir für den Abend duschen. Fehlanzeige! Das Wasser war wegen Sanierungsmaßnahmen abgestellt. Zuvor KEINE Info hierzu an uns. Nach Beschwerde war das Wasser sehr schnell wieder verfügbar. Am Abreisetag 16.2.25 wurde man erstmals um 7.30 durch eine Baufräse geweckt. Der nette Klang der Maschinen begleitete uns während der gesamten Frühstückszeit sodass wir zeitnah und schnell morgens auscheckten und das Hotel verließen. Hammer Aussicht, freundliches Personal, der Rest... nicht noch einmal! Zudem sind sämtliche Innenräume augenscheinlich Videoüberwacht, mit Ausnahme der Zimmer.
