Der Urlaub war sehr schön
Die Wohnung hat sehr gute Lage, liegt ganz nah vom Königssee (4,2 km), in der nähe sind Edeka, Lidl, DM, kann man alle Läden zu Fuß erreichen. Sehr saubere, neue Wohnung. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden nochmal kommen, aber genau zu diesem Vermieter.
Wir empfehlen an allen die Wohnung. Wir möchten herzlichen DANKESCHÖN sagen.

Toller Watzmannblick
Wir waren Erstbezieher in dieser Ferienwohnung und mit allem rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig in einer größeren Wohnanlage. Von den Nachbarn bekommt man de facto nichts mit. Für eine Ferienwohnung ist sie optimal mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, an Geschirr, Besteck und Küchengeräten haben wir nichts vermisst. Man kann z.B. bei der Kaffeemaschine wählen zwischen Senseo und Filterkaffeemaschine. Der Wohnraum mit der Doppelcouch, zwei gemütlichen Sesseln und Essplatz ist sehr geräumig, der Balkon mit wunderschönem Ausblick mit vier Sesseln, 2 Tischen und elektrisch ausfahrbarer Markise (wir haben sie gar nicht gebraucht) und einer Wäschespinne ist vollends ausreichend. Im großen Wandschrank im Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend Decken und Kissen vorhanden, Bettwäsche bringt der Hausmeisterservice vorbei, ebenso die Kurkarten. Außer Schlüsselübergabe und Wäsche hatten wir mit dem Hausmeisterteam keinen Kontakt, es war jedoch telefonisch immer erreichbar. In der näheren Umgebung liegt der hauseigene Parkplatz, man muss jedoch eine kleinere Anhöhe bewältigen, was bewegungseingeschränkten Personen schwerfallen dürfte. Zum Be- und Entladen kann man bis zur Haustür fahren. Im Haus sind trotz Lift einige Treppen zu bewältigen, also für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht zu empfehlen. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, Bahnhof und Altstadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar (15-20 Minuten Fußmarsch). Wir können das Appartment weiterempfehlen!!!
