What a wonderful stay, We were met on arrival and shown around, it feels more like a home than a hotel. The facilities are excellent, the attention to detail is fantastic and everything was absolutely spotless. We look forward to staying again!

The house had pleasing design features, the staff were friendly, the room was clean. However the second floor room we were given was very small with an angled low ceiling. The AC did not work effectively. The toilet was very near your bed. There was no room to unpack. It was not a “deluxe” room. Although we had paid for 5 days we checked out after 3. Unless you can get a first floor room, do not bother booking.

Die angekündigten Luxus-Doppelzimmer kommen einer arglistigen Täuschung gleich. Unser Zimmerwar dunkel und klein ( ca.13m² ) wie ein Gefängnis.Die Gardarobe war ein Wandregal mit Brettern, einem Safe und integriertem Fernseher.Es gab keine Möglichkeit benötigte Kleidung abzulegen und den Koffer abzustellen. Wir haben 5 Tage aus dem Koffer auf dem Boden gelebt. Das Designer-waschbecken im Bad ist zu klein und wohl nur für kleine Kinderhände gedacht. Die benutzten Hand- Badetücher konnte man hier nur mit Mühe aufhängen.Trotz freund-lichem Personal und gutem Service war der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel alles in allem für uns eine Enttäuschung.

Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goed verzorgde, smaakvol gemoderniseerde B&B. Het ontbijt is helemaal top. Het toilet op de kamer is voorzien van een matglazen deur die boven en beneden open is. Dat zie ik zelf liever anders, maar is geen reden om hier niet te boeken.

Geweldig! Een aanrader! De ontvangst is super! Vriendelijk personeel, het ontbijt goed geregeld, veel keuzes. Het boutique hotel is heel modern , op loopafstand van het centrum. Heerlijke bedden. De sfeer is heel warm, kortom geweldig verblijf! Het enigste minpuntje is dat het erg gehorig is.

4th time this year First time was in 2019 We love this boutique hotel, the BF is more then excellent The spaces our very beautiful designed The rooms are comfortable, bathroom small but ok. Located from a lot of beautiful restaurants, the Kranenburgh museum, the old church. Bergen aan Zee , 5 km Biking from Bergen to Den Helder this time ( and back too !)

Nice people, great bed, perfect breakfast, overall a really good experience. Only downside is that the rooms are quite small and because the shower is not enclosed in a private bathroom the room gets damp if you take a long shower.

great place to stay

it was our 2nd time - 5 nights this time - a room at the back with a balcony on the second floor - very quiet - beds are of a good quality - nice design, the room and bathroom - the whole villa is of a very modern design - because of the corona we had the breakfast with enough distance of the other guests and the service of the breakfast is of a very high standard, but with a nice personal touch - e bikes for rent in the villa - the whole atmosphere in the villa is with the other guest, easy to talk with them, something we like very much
